“Favi was a pleasure to work with. I had previously ordered a cake last year for a birthday and although it was an odd request she made it perfectly. When looking for cake vendors for our wedding in was a no brainer to go with Favi. The least stressful part of planning a wedding is the cake testing and boy was it the best.

We decided to go with a 3 tier cake and during the consultation we made some changes. Ultimately it came out beautiful and it tasted delicious! Seriously, I am not a cake person but every single cake + dessert that favi makes is incredible. My friends and family raved about how good it was!

If you're looking for desserts for your next event, the hunt stops now. Favi knows what she is doing, and it will come out looking like the cake of your dreams. Tours les jours is my favorite bakery personally it's even better than bon creme, First Tours les jours bread looks fantastic and tastes fantastic everything baked fresh and delicious, second the moment i step into the bakery the products are displayed beautifully! Third every cake is delicious and soft not too sweet or too bitter i definitely recommend the strawberry matcha it's Soo good. Overall tours les jours is my favorite bakery!“

“What a great find! The store is very very clean and well stocked. They got a wonderful bakery that has just the right amount of options. They have a very small meet/butcher section, and almost no diet sodas, out of all of the drinks.

The produce section is well stocked, and they have lots and lots of snacks and treats and Mexican goodies.“

“Whent to Panadería el jarochito, It's a little nuke in the wall bakery. I went there to get a couple of (Mexican Pan Dulce) To my surprise, they were quite cheap.The regular ones are ($1.25).The ones with filling are ($1.75).I also ended up getting 2 slices of cake that they had there (mil ojas & 3 leches) Each costing ($4).Would recommend coming here and getting a couple pieces of sweet mexican bread.

“A tale of 2 breakfasts...
We were on our way here and someone just couldn't wait so we stopped at a Wendy's for a breakfast: egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and seasoned potatoes. Kid was still dissatisfied so tried some of the lifeless food. Plain, boring, even with a fresh cooked egg.

Contrast that with my egg and cheese bolo here - freshly butter grill roasted roll, tender egg, American cheese that had a little zing!

GCB also excels at bread making, we can barely keep a sour rye loaf a week in our house. If you see Como at Fred Meyer or Market of Choice or another store, give it a try. The nicest non-sourdough white bread I've had.

Many local restaurants work with GCB wholesale and I can see why.

This Cafe is nice with lots of indoor and outdoor seating, gender neutral and accessible restrooms and a wheelchair friendly height counter and pastry case. The parking lot is free but read the signs carefully as only part of it is. Downtown Hillsboro can have available free street parking too, subject to a busy courthouse or downtown events.“

“The only powdered chocolate cream donuts anywhere in town (and I've checked), just the way Winchell's used to make them: absolute perfection! The other donuts are incredible, too, but the powdered with the poof of chocolate icing is my go-to 4 LIFE! When my husband and I journey 25+ miles to a Sesame Donuts and our box of donuts is in our car, I may spontaneously serenade my donuts. They're THAT GOOD! 🎵 "Oooh, chocolate poopers, you are the best donut in the world!" 🎵 😄“
