“This is the spot you must try if you are in Hillsboro and craving some AMAZING Hawaiian food. I got the special blend combo which allowed me to pick three meats and two sides (including Kalbi Beef short ribs) which typically is not allowed to be combined at other restaurants. I chose the Kalua pork, teriyaki chicken, and ribs (obviously) with rice and mac salad ($22)

The portions were great, friendly staff and the location also has beer on site. They also have a secret special spicy sauce; just ask and they will hook you up! It only took them 10 minutes to prepare my meal which I consider fast, especially during a lunch rush on a Saturday especially for a food cart. I would 💯 recommend this business if you are looking for amazing Hawaiian food at a great price!“

“We moved out of the area and Hawaiian Kine is the only thing I miss. They had the BEST Orange Chicken and their macaroni salad was to die for!“

“I have a lot of food allergies. Despite a busy night I was able to ask questions and discuss options. I found out it is an entirely gluten free kitchen. In the end I ordered rice and a side of veggies. The veggies were delicious and the kindness and attention was greatly appreciated. Will definitely eat here again.“

“Roxy’s is the closest to authentic Hawaiian comfort food in the area. I love their food and have been eating out for years and their service is incredible!! My favorite is Kalbi ribs, but the Kalua pork is out of this world as well and their mac salad is phenomenal!! If you really want to go out, get the locomotion you won’t be disappointed! 🌺“
