“I came to pick up some food for my ailing wife. I was paying and I left a tip, but before he would hand me my food, he rudely asked, “DID YOU LEAVE A TIP?” And wouldn’t let go of the sack until I gave an answer. He didn’t even bother to look at the receipt that I had just signed to see that I did leave a tip. I find this very rude behavior…we always leave generous tips when we go inside to sit down and dine… But to ask is very rude behavior.. I did leave 15% for takeout as well but since he asked, I really wish I would not have. Perhaps someone could school him and tell him this is not good customer service.”

“This place has a small menu and is in an unassuming strip mall location, but everything I have had from it is DELICIOUS! I've been here twice now. The first time, I came with my husband and we each got two tacos (one Conchinita Pibill, one Lechón) and cole slaw. The tacos were very full (I had to eat some meat out of them before I ate them as a taco) and the slaw was unique and complimented the meat well.

I visited by myself yesterday and had the Conchinita Pibill sandwich with avocado salsa (which is super delicious) with a side of cucumber salad and a house-made jamaica (hibiscus) tea. The sandwich was LOADED with meat and filled me up for the rest of the day. I also learned that on Tuesdays they have tamales (Mayan-style, wrapped in banana leaves), so I know I'll soon be back to pick up dinner after work on a Tuesday.

Besides the great food, the employees are all very kind. Please check this place out if you want something that is different from the typical Mexican restaurant offerings.”

He made sure to bring every child a coloring page and some cow ear headbands. Then we were surprised with a chick-fil-a board game. So sweet. We will definitely be back to this location. “Been going here for years and over the last year or two our pizzas are always made with fresh ingredients and the staff are always so friendly. Plus the coupons are nice! However I do wish baking instructions were a little better but it could be my oven but it seems I can never go by the actual baking instructions I usually have to cook it longer than it says on the paper depending which pizza style we get.”

The service here was great the young lady at the counter was a darlin sweet and never stopped moving so great work ethic on her and my praise goes out to the one feller in the back running the whole show my guy is a mvp give both of them a raise cause I'll be back ....alot I'm fat trust me A++++++!”

I have never been to a fast food place that had such a good atmosphere. To start everyone working was super nice. While we were sitting and eating one of the workers was on his break, and gave a homeless man his food. I have nothing bad to say. I wish the Carl’s Jr by my house was this enjoyable seriously.”

“Pizza is a taste of my childhood- familar, tasty and comforting. Service was ok, but employees seem a little on the tense/angry side. As for the atmosphere? There were several unbussed tables and the room was quite cold like the AC was on full blast despite it being a chilly fall day outside. While the entry doors are ADA compliant, there are 2 doors to navigate with a significant threshold, which could make wheelchair access tricky if you don't have someone to hold doors open.
Also, they don't take Discover card.”

However, this evening there was a customer (employees knew the individual) that made multiple loud. outbursts that startled the customers trying to converse with their fellow coffee drinkers. Employees choose not to ask this individual to stop the outbursts. :(”

“we had A waitress named Shana I believe. and she was terrible. she never asked if we needed refills on our drinks. she never stepped by and asked how our appetizer was it took us an hour to get our food. and when our appetizer came out 20 minutes later it was the blooming onion. it was cold and it was soggy. we're not even from here, but I have never encountered such a terrible customer service experience. not only that there were four whole tables in the entire restaurant... so there is no excuse for being slow and rude.”
