“This is not your typical flash-in-the-pan microbrewery! Making beer is in the DNA of this community, whose predecessors have been doing it for centuries. Brewing is an act of worship here, and you can taste it in every single style. We tried the flight of 10, and each one was exactly as it should be. There were no off-flavors;none that were sub-par. We had to order another 2 pints of the Helles, because it was one of the best we’ve ever tasted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

They took the traditional homestyle German feel and made it commercialized beyond recognition. If you are looking for a homestyle restaurant, this one is not it. The people are absolutely amazing though, which completely redeemed the experience.“

“Great little taco truck in Silverton Oregon. The food is good and affordable. The atmosphere is what it is, it's a taco truck and a dirt parking lot.We were able to have five tacos and a drink for $12.50. Again the food is good and affordable.“

“Love this place! Very nice workers. I stopped by a few days ago, there was a misunderstanding between myself and the barista. I had ordered 1 drink and they thought I was asking for 2. I said only 1, but when I got to the window, I was given 2 drinks. I explained to them that I only ordered 1, and they told me I could keep it, and that I wouldn't have to pay for it. THAT indeed is great customer service! Also, I was not aware that I could get almond milk instead of regular milk! Lol ? lactose intolerant here!“

“I’ve been able to visit this lovely spot a couple of times while driving through Silverton. The whiskey selection is broad and the cocktail specials are meticulously mixed and beautifully presented. Everything I’ve eaten there has left me wanting to go home to try to reproduce the flavors and textures myself. The bartender once recommended a sandwich that sounded odd (I think it was pulled pork and Mac and cheese?), but it ended up being pretty amazing! It may take a while to get your cocktail or your meal, but their product is definitely worth the time and attention the staff put into it. Staff is friendly and attentive. I wish I could visit more often!“

We had no idea what to Order and they hooked us up with some amazing bqq corn on cob, made in front of you pork and cheese papusa and with a el Diablo drink. It’s killer good!!“

“Their coffee is always full of deep flavor and it's always served with a smile and thoughtfulness, which I appreciate. Unfortunately they only offer muffin tops or cookies both of which are a waste of time. Since the coffee is so delectable I would just concentrate on that and pass on the sweet offerings.“
