“I have never been to mount hood before, and was trying to salvage a trip we had planned before Covid shutdowns complicated our adventure. The representative I spoke with via Skibowl's chat help line on 12/1/20 not only answered my questions promptly but went above and beyond to give me recommendations for our stay that helped us plan some fun while also operating within the governor's covid safety guidelines. It was very appreciated and I will definitely remember how helpful they were when planning future trips.“

“They had a really lovely experience there, and the view was beautiful. Even though it was summer, the area felt calm and inviting. The server was fantastic, and the portion sizes were quite generous. It’s definitely a good idea to ask about the sizes before you order. We forgot to do that, and when we ordered nachos, they ended up being enough to feed four people! We were so hungry and didn’t realize how large they would be, so we unfortunately had to waste some food. It’s always better to double-check with the staff before placing your order.“
