These employees know what customer service is and take it seriously. They are always smiling and talking positively and acting like you matter.

“Just made my day, had a coupon that didn't do what it said (thought it was my free birthday blizzard). This was something I was really looking forward to and was upset and was about to leave and they checker took care of it. Made my whole day, I am going into surgery tomorrow morning to remove my stomach for medical complications and may never have a blizzard again. I was so shocked I forgot to get the name, but I hope they read this and know you made me feel better on incredibly difficult day.“

“I’ve been to this Taco Bell several times over the years driving back-and-forth from Forest Grove to Salem. I went there last week one day and it was by far the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The people working were super friendly and smiling. I’ve never seen a Taco Bell as clean as this one. In fact I’ve never seen any restaurant this clean but I can remember. The food was ready extremely fast and it was excellent. They didn’t skimp on any ingredients and it was fresh. I usually don’t get excited about fast food but they were doing such a great job had to leave a review.“

Staff was super friendly and gave us some extra fries for the „longer“ wait time. At other fast food chains that wait time would be normal, so big kudos to Burgerville on being committed to the term fast food.

We also really like the locally sourced aspect, for that we are happy to pay the higher prices.“

“Whenever i get my nails done (once every month/ another month) me and my dad come here after to get lunch. i love the food, we always come inside the restaurant . i feel like it’s quicker and they do it infront of you sso if they mess up you can easily let them know.

I find staff here super sweet. I love sweet n sour sauce and sso does my dad he always asks to add an ‘unholy’ amount of the packets, last time the lady grabbed a handful and few more and put them in the bag. which i think is hilarious in a good way. only thing is, usually when we come in there’s like a loud-ish family and whatnot which is understandable or uncomfortable. or there’s just literally no one inside.
