“Waited far too long. Made my order and then nothing happened. Several other customers came and went and still I was not helped. 20 minutes and the place was almost empty. Several employees were standing around talking with their backs to the counter. Still I had not been acknowledge at all. I left.
Next day I tried the drive through. The entire drive thru wad bumper to bumper. I figured they would quickly be handled on through. I was at the very start of the drive through lane and didn't move for easily 10 minutes. When it did move it went a half car length and it all stopped again. I had the opportunity to escape that mess and I havent been back since then. That was on the 19th of May. Both times at approximately 2 - 3 pm.“

“I like their food and I like the idea of having it my way, but I never get it my way. today I ordered an Impossible Burger at the Newport OR Burger King and asked for no lettuce no pickles and no ketchup. I got ketchup and no cheese. the package even says the right thing but the burger was wrong.“

“The app does not provide enough options when substituting toppings on the banana splits so we can’t use the app. Today was not their finest, Mom ordered marshmallow, Carmel, and hot fudge on her Banana Split, but there is absolutely no hot fudge on her banana split, and she couldn’t taste the marshmallow at all either, the only thing she could taste was the caramel. There’s suppose to be three toppings, and they only gave us one? That is BS!“
