“Came in with some friends. They had patience of waiting for the long line but I did not. I just grabbed the pint of honey lavender flavor ice cream in their fridge then went straight to the cashier so I didnt have to wait in line. The ice cream was delicious and one of my favorite flavors, then 2nd would be blue cheese n pear flavor. The atmosphere was clean and the place smells like amazing vanilla scent because of the waffle cones they make there. One of my favorite ice cream places ❤️“

“Awesome addition to the Portland coffee scene. Hit up about 5 coffee shops on a trip and sterling was up there along with Sisters. Worker was incredibly helpful and friendly, noticed we were visiting and recommended other coffee shops too. Real inviting space and Kens is just up the street which makes for a killer combo. “I have been to this wonderful spot a million times but stayed in my comfort zone of the tacos. I've literally had them all, even the burrito, and burrito bowls. However, something told me that comfort and change can't sit together so I decided to try something new tonight. I tried the scrumptious pulled Jack sandwich, which came with heaping sides of Mac and cheese, and greens. I also got my 6 yr old the tamales. Before I noticed he scarfed down his tamales and was asking for a bite of mine. I was only able to try a single bite of his and man oh man I wanted another one just for myself lol... Here we both are now both stuffed to the max but of course, what a good dinner with a great dessert. We are eating the yum yum yummmaaay blackberry peach cobbler... If you ain't been here, get here, and if you have, try something different next time, I bet you'll love it better or just the same as your favorite.

To top it all off she is such a majestic being, very social( I mean we all have our days right?) and down to earth, and her love language is servitude!!!

“We had one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in years at this restaurant. After a long day of walking, we arrived with our kids—ages 3 and 5—tired, cranky, and full of energy. From the moment we walked in, the service was nothing short of outstanding.

Every member of the staff—from the host to the bartender to our server—went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at ease. They were genuinely kind, patient, and completely unphased by our feral kids. It was clear they not only tolerate children, but understand them.

Without us even asking, the staff offered to bring the kids’ meals out first, provided toys to keep them entertained, and even cut the crusts off their sandwiches. The extra attention to detail made all the difference—our kids have never cleaned their plates so well.

The food was equally impressive. Both my wife and I had delicious meals—well-prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. We left full, happy, and incredibly grateful. It’s rare to be able to finish meals with preschoolers in tow.

“Finally checked out Mirisata and so happy I did. This was my first time trying Sri Lanka cuisine and I was skeptical as vegan food is not always my favorite. In this case I was blown away by the flavor and feeling of comfort my meal provided. The spices were apparent, but not so much you couldn’t taste the dish. It was filling, but not heavy or greasy. “Really good food. My litmus test any time I try a new Mexican place is a carne asada taco and theirs was exceptionally good. The meat was quality - no gristle - and perfectly marinated. They must cook on a smoker or something because there is a smokey note that adds to the already strong basics on flavor.

The salsas are also delicious.

It is expensive at $5+ for a taco, but they're on the larger size and everything is fresh and high quality. It's worth it if it fits your budget.“
