“Came back to Corvallis over 10yrs after graduating and we had to stop by Block15. Lot of fun nights here for drunchies. The food is still amazing. I had a glass of the rose and it was excellent. The burgers and rosemary fries were go to back in college. I changed it up and ordered their kimchi pork rice bowl. It was amazing.

“Raised in San Diego I wasn’t sure what I’d get at La Rockita in Corvallis Oregon. Reading the Trip Advisor reviews of the best Mexican food places in the area, I decided to eliminate Taco Vino and visit La Rockita due to SaintJames57 review, and I’m sure glad I did! I was looking forward to a clean and quick lunch but not lacking in flavor. Enter La Rockita which hit on all fronts but comes up a bit short on the overall authenticity of Mexican cuisine…BUT they surprised me in being damn close! The selection was good and the flavor was A-. Decent salsas and drinks were on par however their A+ grade lands solidly in the customer service department. My wife and I were greeted warmly and the gentleman taking our order offered to correct an order error that I screwed up at no charge after our meal was delivered. We appreciated the kindness but insisted it was our error however he still accommodated us with extra corn tortillas which really enhanced my lunch plate. If anyone in the restaurant business needs a lesson in the (lost) art of customer service then visit La Rockita on 9th not only for really good food at a fair price but also for the hospitality.“

“Awesome atmosphere and delicious cider! Cider is easily my favorite drink so we love coming to 2 Towns to have a drink and play a game! They have lots of games to borrow including decks of cards! I tried the slushy and it was such a fun treat! Previously I've gotten a flight which is such a great option to try all their great flavors!“

“This is the small Chinese restaurant hidden inside the HK Market. Go through the market, and go through the door at the back.

I've lived and traveled all over Asia and and had great Chinese meals in many places. This place is as good as almost anything I've had. It's authentic fresh Hong Kong-style cuisine. The menu is large and interesting, and the food packs a lot of flavor without syrup or glop. Water Boiled Fish was spicy and potent. Steamed Buns were well-packed with tasty filling. Fermented Cabbage was hot and flavorful.

Don't go for the ambience (cheap chairs on small tables) -- it's all about the food.“

The owner and server were super friendly and warm, the food was excellent- especially for the price- and the service was thoughtful and efficient. We had the Mezzanine Plate, Chicken Shwarma, Lamb Shwarma, Secret Sandwich, and four smoothies. Sat outside in the fresh air, shared food, and had a great time. Highly recommend.“

(paid with debit) The food was good but not hundreds of dollars good. not a happy customer. Update: Went in when they opened, told there was nobody that could do anything except maybe the manager when he is in, no answer as to when he would be in, just call and check if he is there then drop what I am doing to go there. For the record this is the 3rd time this exact thing has happened to me at the Corvallis location, makes me wonder how many people don't catch double charges from them........... Update: The manager finally talked with me and said he would refund the extra charges. How ever I get a new notice of duplicate charges. He did refund me one of the charges AFTER he charged my account AGAIN.“

“I work with adults with disabilities. I came in with a client who had a select palate and was unsure of the offerings. The employee that worked with us went the extra mile to make sure I understood each of the dishes so I was able to communicate clearly to my client. It was so nice to have someone take the time to slow down and give us the service my client needed.

The food was excellent, too! She had the ribs and I got teriyaki chicken.

“I have been eating at Shaghai Wok every week since 2020. This is the best Chinese restaurant! Kevin runs this place by himself, and I definitely recommend talking to him and getting to know him. The fried rice is amazing and you should definitely try some of the more authentic Shanghai food from the non-Americanized menu. There are lots of vegetarian options too! My favorite is the hot-braised tofu!“

“Definitely worth it! The food was delicious, although a bit colder than I would have wanted. The spice level was on point and the pick up process was smooth. Sit-in options are also available but you might have to wait a bit if visiting during busier times.

Kid-friendliness: I visited at night so the restaurant was a bit loud, I wouldn't recommend for kids. I'm sure it's a bit more chill during the day.

“8/4/2021 Best Chinese food in the valley hands down! We pickup a take-out order 3-4 times per month, sometimes more. HOWEVER, they seem to be slipping a little bit lately. The sweet n sour chicken was rock hard, literally crunchy. My Wife was shocked as it’s always good. Everyplace has an off day, hopefully this was a one time thing. Warning! Apparently they only add soy sauce in the “to-go” bags if you specifically ask for it. Bizarre! Who doesn’t use soy sauce on Chinese food. We love Queens Chopsticks. By far the best we’ve found in Corvallis/Philomath. Highly recommend. A little spendy, but worth every penny…most of time.“

“This place is one of my favorite breweries in Oregon. Best Oat Stout maybe ever. Block 15 is Oregon Beer at its finest. Don't ever let anyone talk again on Oregon beer without bringing Block 15 up. More then just pine needle IPAs. This is real Oregon craft beer at its finest“
