I just watched the security team at this store assault a person who was clearly having a mental health crisis. The store manager refused to engage with my complaint with any authenticity or humanity
Risa was so helpful. I was visiting from out of town and did not have my Nordstrom card with me. She helped with my purchase and using my Nordstrom dollars. Beautiful store too
