“We hired the Portland Catering Company for our wedding and had the most wonderful experience! Katie was communicative, clear, and incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. They handled EVERYTHING, quirky requests like adding an edible wax seal to each slice of cake, to things I didn't even think to ask. They went above and beyond, the staff was incredibly friendly and hustled all night long clearing things, refilling waters, and packing up food. Not to mention the food was delicious! I would hire them again and again, highly recommend if looking for professional and friendly catering service to handle your next big event.“

“My wife and I have been members for a couple of months and are very happy with the meals sent by Chris and his team. The focus seems to be on lean proteins (some vegetarian options). Some meals are gluten and dairy free, but all of the meals seem to be reduced gluten (if any) and less dairy. The meals are well balanced and really filling. The weekly menus are varied, although it is always great to see some of our favorites pop back up from time to time. They are very nicely seasoned and everything tastes fresh. We've found the food tastes great and we really appreciate that it is portion controlled. Orders are due by Wednesday at midnight for delivery the following Sunday and Wednesday. The ordering system on the website lets you know which meals are scheduled to arrive on which day. The split delivery is great from a freshness perspective (we had a few of the Sunbasket pre-cooked meals that ended up going bad w/in a day or two of receipt). The meals are labeled w/ the macro information (grams of protein, carbs, and fat) as well as calories (which is great to see!). Be sure to remove the lid and any sauce containers inside before microwaving (lesson learned the hard way....) Meals arrive fresh, not frozen, in an insulated bag w/ a freezer pack included. The bag and freezer pack get returned to them with the next shipment. We are also really happy with the extreme reduction in waste compared to our orders from Sunbasket. Chris is incredibly responsive to questions and feedback, so I suggest reaching out to him with any specific questions. We were a little concerned about having to order 10 meals to try out the food, but my wife and I are both very glad we did!“

“The best part of wedding planning was working with DFC. They were so professional, efficient, easy to work with, they communicated well, and they make GREAT good and drink. Our tasting meetings were fun. We had no worries going into our event, especially with Dan being our catering rep - he was indespensible. Our wedding day went smoothly and the staff provided spectacular service. The buffet looked lovely, food tasted great, and the Cuban Missile punch lasted only an hour before it was gone. “We just celebrated our company’s 10th anniversary this past weekend and hosted a large celebration, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Premiere Catering.

From the very beginning, Michael was incredibly responsive and easy to reach, which immediately set Premiere apart from the other caterers we considered. After attending a tasting and being blown away by the food, we knew we had found the right choice. As our event approached, Michael remained consistent with communication and was especially helpful when coordinating rentals.

On the day of the event, we realized we were short on chairs, and Michael handled it immediately by ordering additional rental chairs—completely stress-free for us. During the event, Mitch, the chef, stayed on site and was absolutely fantastic. He had a great attitude, stayed on top of everything, and he and his staff handled the chaos of a large party with ease. We are so grateful for their flexibility and professionalism.

And the food—absolutely delicious. The brisket is to die for! We received rave reviews from our guests, and the catering was truly a highlight of the night. We also made specialty cocktails, and they were great. It was worth every penny, and we would highly recommend Premiere Catering for any event. Originally, we were working with a different catering manager who arranged our tasting. They were so kind to any changes we had and were great about suggestions, too. The new catering manager, Laura, made it feel like nothing changed at all! We appreciated how quickly Laura got back to us about the most trivial of questions we have. Her communication was quick and she was very professional and diligent! Laura came out to our venue walkthrough and made our whole catering experience go so smoothly when connecting with our coordinator and venue coordinator. The catering team for the buffet on our wedding day was absolutely incredible. Truly the kindest people ever. They brought us passed appetizers while we were taking photos and made sure our dinner plates were full and ready for us -- just that little thing made me so happy. All of our guests loved the food, from the passed appetizers to the meal, even the lemonade. I'm still hearing people rave about the crispy coconut chicken!! They also helped clean up and put our rentals away, on top of putting leftovers into tins for us. I didn’t have to think about anything except how great all of the food was! They are so well organized and every part of working with them was so easy!“
