“Phaya Thai has become our all-time favorite restaurant! They have figured out how to deliver high quality and delicious meals every time, and so quickly! The flavors are complex and they have so many options. Their proteins are always tender and flavorful from their beef to their catfish and even tofu. I have celiac and Phaya Thai is sort of a holy grail - a safe restaurant I thought would only exist in my dreams. We'll keep making the trek from Vancouver week after week!“

“What a great experience. Our party of four was there for brunch. I had apple fritters with side of amazing Hungarian sausage with homemade mustard. - exceptionally good! My wife and daughter had baked pancakes with plums, the other with raisins. Very unique, very good as well. One man runs the whole restaurant from kitchen to table. Loved the experience.“

“I learned about this place from a friend who gifted my husband an amazing Tiramisu. I was pleasantly surprised to taste a Tiramisu that actually tasted authentic. Curious, I decided to visit, and I discovered that they make a variety of desserts, including cannoli, which are filled just before you buy them ( finally some place that can do that!)I also tried the cornetto (This should not be confused with a croissant) and the focaccia, and wow! Finally, a focaccia that doesn’t have a lingering taste of acidity. The coffee was good too as the atmosphere and the service. I totally advise this Italian place especially becouse, in my opinion,they can make very Italian taste.“

“Finally checked out Mirisata and so happy I did. This was my first time trying Sri Lanka cuisine and I was skeptical as vegan food is not always my favorite. In this case I was blown away by the flavor and feeling of comfort my meal provided. The spices were apparent, but not so much you couldn’t taste the dish. It was filling, but not heavy or greasy. Will definitely come back.“

“What a gem of a coffee shop!! We are so glad we tucked in for a cup of coffee. The coffee is delicious and the latte art is so cute. The desserts were the perfect sweet treat for a rainy Saturday afternoon. The shop carries so many darling items, many are perfect for cat lovers. We will definitely be back!!“

Thought I would eat a part of it & save the rest, but I couldn’t stop! Your cases look beautiful, clean & service was exceptional! I could have eaten them all. “Vegan noodles and tea leaf salad need work. I was disappointed by them especially for the price point. Noodles were just noodles, a little bok choy and mushrooms. Looked like something I would cook myself when I was running out of groceries. Carrot salad and beef curry were great though!“

“We ordered 2 pho orders togo. Prices are good, portions are good, pho broth is good, place is clean and friendly staff. The only thing that I really wish that was better was the brisket, it was thin, dry and tough also the tendon was a little tough compared to Pho Hung and Pho Oregon, it usually melts in your mouth. I would of gave it a 5 stars if the meat was tender. If the chef could work on not overcooking the meat then this would be my go to spot.“

“The homemade vegan English muffin sando was next level. We got the local tofu patty and it was amazing, totally worth the upgrade. Coffee was delicious, and the staff was friendly and personable. “This was a really nice spot. It had a really good layout, a big bay door entry, clean, and a beautiful view of the walking bridge. The service was quick and prompt, and their plating was phenomenal. (FLOWERS ON MY PLATE, AND DRINK?! YESSSSS) The food wasn't as spicy as I was hoping. But they brought over spices to bring it up to my insane level of spice. “Never tried Moroccan coffee before, I got a cold and a hot, I liked it! The service here was excellent, extremely friendly people that made me feel welcome the second I opened the door. I got a breakfast sandwich and it was a delicious and the prices were great. What more could you ask for?“

“I've been gluten and dairy free since 2021... not by choice. That's also the last time I had baked goods that actually tasted like they were supposed to. I tried several items from Gem Bakery including: cupcakes, chocolate cake, glazed donut, caramel brownie, chocolate cookie, and bagels. Oh my goodness, they were just how I remembered them tasting! Texture was spot-on, flavor was delicious, and I wouldn't have known the desserts were gluten and dairy free at all. There were no gritty or gummy textures in the wheat flour replacement and there wasn't an overwhelming coconut flavor where dairy was replaced. I hope to return to this basket every time we visit Portland!“

We sat outside at the outdoor patio with our dogs and the staff was so nice. They got our dogs a bowl of water and even bit a dog treat in half themselves so they could each have a half.

“I walked up to order and saw loads of basil in front of me getting ready to be turned into something delicious. I ordered a small order of arancini balls. I was delighted that I could choose different ones on the same order. They had 4 varieties and all sounded amazing. I ordered the original mozz and the pepperoni and mozz. Then I could choose from 4 different sauces and I chose the original marinara. These were so good along with the sauce that I can’t wait to go back and try all of them but next time I’m ordering the large for sure! Additionally I ordered the Italian chopped salad and added grilled chicken and soppressata dry cured ham. It was an explosion of flavors! The grilled chicken was so good along with the ham. I can’t wait to go back and try more. Next I’m trying either the eggplant parm sub of the vegan pesto pasta, especially after witnessing the mound-o-basil. I won’t be forgetting the large aracini balls either ;)“

“This place is amazing. Everything is extremely fresh organic and simply amazing, they don’t fill up their smoothies with ice like other places do. The avocado toast is to die for the cinnamon toast is so good. You literally can’t go wrong with any item at this place. They make their own granola but had their granola bowls.
Trust me, this isn’t a paid ad. This is just someone who appreciates quality and this place has it.

Also, let’s talk about the service my guy Jason at the store that I went to is awesome. Easy to talk to always helping me with suggestions on what I am in the mood for overall really great service
