The Killingworth Food Pod is a great place for a quick bite or even lunch or dinner. On the night we visited there were 5-6 food trucks serving Polish, Mexican, Thai, and Vegan. Covered common seating is available. Prices are reasonable the the food is good. We had tacos which were great and only $3 each. The common area was clean and well maintained. Definitely go if you are in Northeast Portland.
If you’re stopping by in the morning, parking is rarely an issue. It can get tricky around lunchtime to find a spot nearby so walk over if you can. There is a website that shows what is available there but businesses aren’t always great about having accurate hours. Usually great options.Once it’s safe, there’s seating for gatherings or to hang out at meal time.

A nice collection of Food Carts. Thai cart is really good, modestly priced and they'll make exactly what you want, how you want it. Polish cart is a nice change. One cart has great pulled meats. Mexican foods cart was very good. More to try.
