“I swear this McDonald’s location has the NICEST, friendliest, sweetest workers out of any fast food place I’ve ever been. I can’t express enough how enjoyable it is to speak to people here. Every time I’ve come in the last two years, I leave happy! :)“

“My McDonald's app was not working correctly for some reason and I insisted that it wasn't on my end and I was correct and therefore they could not apply any discounts to my order so instead of the person taking the order getting upset and mad and doing nothing about it he actually went and got a manager and the manager immediately gave me the correct discount as always thanks kid appreciate it keep up hard work like that and you'll manage that store someday.“

“They didn't put onions on my cheese burger like I asked make me happy to be able to eat my meal and fresh hot French fries I couldn't be happy I got the two cheese burger large drink large fries. Whatever like 10 11 doller meal Total worth it and great costumer service the manager guy let me know my fries where super hot so I didn't burn my taste buds I appreciate that a lot thanks mc Donald.“

“It’s fast food. Not the best food. I placed an order online and when I got there I was still asked to go wait out front (mind you my order said ready on the app). I am not the biggest fan on waiting for fast food that I pre order so I avoid this location.“

“This has probably been the calmest, safest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, even when full of diners. The customer service was superb - an employee came by to ask if we needed anything, and other employees helped customers with the ordering kiosks. The food was average McDonald’s, but the coffee was good and strong, and the atmosphere was great. Very clean, too!“

“I started going about 6months if not a year even And I just truly am treated so good they always get my order right and the sauces and no ice order couple times. A week I started going that much when they just treat me like friends make me feel like I'm visiting family and they always say how I'm doing & have great day , I know it's hardest job working in the fast food My very first job ever at 13 was McDonald's so I know how mean some people can be & truly don't deserve to be yelled at & treated bad just for being human an everyone makes mistakes you never know what they are going through & I am very thankful for them with my depression I some times have hard time to go into a grocery store my anxiety is bad some times and so the fact they treat me so wonderful helps me to know I can always go through drive thru and be just like family it means so much to me & Lord knows you aren't paid Alot so just their kindness goes beyond there pay and that makes it even mean more to me so Love My McDonald's fam on Cesar Chavez Blvd location Best workers ever thank you all so much happy holidays too so happy you had a good day off too“

“Honestly, it’s my go to because I have early school. I usually do curbside, and it’s the same folks. My order is ready, it’s fresh, it’s what you expect when it comes to consistency. And that’s what I’m looking for.

I’ve been inside and that’s fine too. I miss a setup that is more employee and customer friendly—it feels like the employees are put in a weird space that isn’t as hospitable and they have to book it to do app, and delivery service orders AND live orders.

I don’t like that for the employees since hospitality is about the people, but I don’t think the larger corporations care about their employees as much as profitable returns to shareholders.

But we could go on about that all day.

Basically, it’s a good McDonald’s. I appreciate the folks working there. And I hope they hear that more.“

“Stopping at Jantzen Beach is always a really easy task. If you're going north or south on I-5 and you are hungry or need to use the bathroom this is an easy stop between Vancouver and Portland. You don't want to get off unless you're going somewhere in Portland you do not want to exit the freeway because you'll end up on a bridge going somewhere where you don't want to be. So if you want to get some grub then do it right before you get to the city. Going north it's a little easier to exit Vancouver looking for food but the on-off is so easy at Jantzen Beach that I would not do it anywhere else. That being said the McDonald's was clean. There were plenty of workers. I don't like having to order at a kiosk but they're all kind of going that way so I just have to learn to get over it. My fries were exceptionally good because they were fresh out of the fryer. And my burger was great as usual.“

“This location is always extremely quick to process and make my orders, and the Breakfast is always super fresh! The ladies that run this place are really nice.

The only downside is the area this location is in. Despite the constant chaos outside, the inside of this establishment is clean and comfy.“

“The store was clean In the atmosphere was pretty good, but the service was awful. These guys were too busy they. They get a good job trying to do what they were trying to do. But they were either busy doing something else or. They weren't very attentive to the front counter. I don't know what it was. I don't know if they were actually overwhelmed or if it was the fact that they just what kind of knot is professionals. They should have been. The restaurant was empty, so maybe the drive threw enddoordash. Orders kinda are overwhelming them. I've seen this in other restaurants where the doordash. Orders are just absolutely overwhelming them and it's causing a lack of service in the dining room area where the people that came and actually showed up in person, costing the restaurant last money are being neglected if you wanna become a delivery service than becoming a delivery service. But I just see a negative end of this with the doordash focus“

“Note this review is based on service received 3/2/25 around 8pm. This location has been hit or miss but I had a better than normal experience tonight and that has to do with the staff during this shift. Not only friendly, followed order details entered in app but the food was actually prepared better than normal. I normally visit this location weekdays during lunch hours and have not had good experiences with the "pickup window" as they don't check the order & leave things out and it's impossible to get help because they ignore you at the counter. I started using the drive thru instead & that works better. Wanted to give credit to the crew tonight as they are doing a great job compared to others at that location.“

“Love this McDonald's. The young guys are killing it during the day and the drive through at night is handled by two amazing women who work harder than anyone. They should all get a raise. The guy with the long hair should get fired because he brings a negative energy and I saw him be very rude to a young woman in the kitchen and he was way out of line. Everyone should support this location! It's like a home away from home!“

“They were open unlike what the website said at 7:15pm and I was able to sit at a table and eat. Quiet and peaceful at this time of night on a Sunday and the staff was nice. The happy meal was a great deal for a 4 piece chicken nugget w double fries (you can opt out of apples and add extra fries) and my apple juice choice for $4.49 total with NO tax. I didn’t know OR or at least Portland had no tax on food at the airport. Happy w that. The only thing I wished: the fries were cold even though the food came out very fast under 7 minutes.“

“It's a classic Mickey Dee's. The food is horrible for your body but so delicious in your mouth! That's why I had to give it a 3. To be honest, if they would just get a couple poker machines in there, I would rate them at a 5 despite the lack of health benefits. But alas, someone in the government has to pretend to have scruples!“

“Honestly, we love coming to this location! It's one of the only indoor play places left in the PNW, and it's super nice to let my daughter play while we enjoy our food together. I probably spend literal hours here at a time and always end up getting dessert, which I feel is an unusual occurrence for me at any other McDonald's location.

The area is a little worse for the wear, but although I dont think this is necessarily a 5 Star establishment, this location deserves a 5 Star rating for keeping the Play Place open, though!“

“Was asked to pull over to wait for food. Waited 15minutes before going to find out that our food was given to a different person. And since when do they out shredded lettuce on a quarter lb burger. Oh and what happened to the pickles. And the fries are over cooked. Hard. Can’t even eat them. This location has gone down hill badly.“

“Recently discovered that they open at 6am for dine-in customers, but I had to call for that information. Figured i would share that here if anyone wanted to know. Not bad overall experience. Might be good if you guys posted more than just drive thru hours though.“
