Great bagels, and the employees absolutely hold it down despite clearly not being set up for success by management. Lou especially is always super kind. They are constantly slammed with online orders in the morning, just in my 30 second interaction this morning taking my order they got two new ones. Everything is made to order, bagels are fresh daily, be prepared to wait, but the bagels are worth the wait.
