Update: Dirty chai is still amazing. Staff are always kind. The bagels are a tougher and drier than they used to be so I'm dropping it down a star.
Previous review: Great bagels! Love to grab the day old ones for cheap to keep at home instead of buying from the grocery store. Also their house made chai is fantastic! I will get a dirty chai every single time I go here. Clean, plenty of seating, kind staff.

I HATE to write bad reviews and have put this one off for years, continuing to give them a chance because their food IS good but they will get your order slightly wrong more often than not.
Multiple times I've ordered vegan items and got non-vegan. When this happened in store they fixed it but it also happened with delivery...more than once. I have to take responsibility for continuing to order but I wanted to give them another chance...no more.

Placed an order for pickup and it was super fast and everything was correct! I love their bagels so much.
