The shrimp tempura bowl was absolutely delicious.
The rice was topped with shredded krab, cucumber and avocado slices. The shrimp tempura was battered perfectly! A great addition was the edamame beans scattered throughout.
My husband ordered the Chicken Karaage bowl.
The chicken was tender and very tasty. The chicken karaage pieces were generous and the avocado, the seaweed salad , shredded cabbage, cucumbers, and rice were perfect. The healthy edamame beans were scattered on the top.
This foodtruck surprised us. It was worth traveling through the town.
