In all of the countless trips throughout the years, not once was Burgerville not included on our itinerary. Whether it was fishing expeditions or shopping the outlets or heading to visit Seattle of Canada, Burgerville has always been a “must stop no matter what,” for as long as I’ve been around. Almost two full months ago my brother and I were on our way up to Canada for our anual fishing trip and we couldn’t wait to hit woodland Burgerville for them Walla Walla onion rings, burger, and a shake. I pulled right out and hit the freeway as we were already a half day behind. I opened my bag of awesomeness only to discover our onion rings were very cold, greasy, and placid, very disappointing. Nevertheless, my brother called them and told them what we received and the manager asked us to come back so they can replace our order but we were already far gone and a half day behind. With that, the manger took our names and told us to stop by on our way back, and they would make it right. Tonight, on my way back home, again, almost 2 months later, I called. Unfortunately, the manager wasn’t able to recall the instance and could not find the notes with our name pinned up in the office like we were told. Nevertheless, he took my word for it and made it right! How about that, giving the customer the benefit of the doubt, I don’t know, nor am I aware of any restaurant organizations that do or would do that. We love ya Woodland BV!“

“My family loves to come to Fuel, and we do go almost weekly. We have always had the best service and the food has always been AMAZING! We eagerly wait to hear what their daily specials are, but the grilled cheese with tomato bisque is our standard order. I love the elk chili and the meat & cheese tray. Then there is the dessert, a skillet cookie to die for! I've seen other reviews that weren't too stellar but we have never had issues, even with a group that kept getting larger. The seating arrangements can't handle very large groups, so expect to sit at tables nearby for groups larger than 8.“

“We have gone here many times. Always had good service, love the menu items, especially the pepper salted shrimp. Yum! We have had delivery also many times. There have been a few time that they didn't answer to take an order. I figured they were either too busy, and we would have to wait extra long, or didn't have a delivery staff that day.
