“Disclaimer, I didn't eat the food myself as I'm plant based. Dennis and Auntie makes it homey. When I look at the pictures and food, it feels authentic and rich, yummies families eat. Portions are great. Definitely smells tempting while I'm enroute to deliver these. Ordered BBQ pork skewers for my Greek friend and he can't stop raving about it. He asked me to get more for him on his birthday. Got the pork adobo for another friend. OMG! Delicious! He's a born and raised Louisiana chef so quite judgy when it comes to food. Definitely, ordering some dishes for my visiting family!“

“After an incredibly fun and enjoyable tasting with Sarah, I purchased all of the wine for my wedding from Honeywood Winery. The wine tasted incredible and it was hard to decide on just three. In addition, Honeywood created custom wine labels for all of the wine bottles that matched the theme of the wedding. Honeywood went absolutely above and beyond to make our experience so unique and special. We got so many compliments on how cute and unique the bottles were and we have kept one to open on our one-year anniversary. “Online ordering is very easy and when we picked it up, the food looked even better than in the photos. Our order was done right on time and was the most delicious Thai food I’ve had in Oregon or NY. I can’t remember having Thai food anywhere else, but it’s likely better than that too. The salad rolls and papaya salad were my favorite but the grilled pork was an important part of the meal.“

“We've only taken food to go, never ate at CG. But even on a Saturday night when places are packed, I call in an order and I'm told will be ready in 15 minutes! I arrive and the food is bagged and ready to go.
Get home and the food is consistently good quality. Not over-salted or drenched in sauces. Everything is fresh and tasty.
In the absence of Kwans - CG is our go-to for take-out Chinese food!“

“Came on Sunday morning about 8:15. No problem parking my van on street right in front of door. There was no one else parked on the block. Love the outdoor tables with my dog. They are spaced well apart, as is the inside seating.

16 oz hot Americano, quiche Lorraine and a lemon blueberry scone. Everything was delish. I’ve been here now 4-5 times while working with my K9 in the area. Experience has always been the same. Fantastic. It can be crowded, not helped by people ordering and standing there talking to staff while the line queues up behind them. Maybe some staff training on how to move people along nicely. As a former bartender, I always found a polite “excuse me, I need to help the next customer” was enough of a hint to move them along“

“Westside is without question the best taphouse in Salem. Great variety of beers, ciders, and wines that skew PNW local. Almost always something new and unique to try. Small selection of cans & bottles to go. Friendly staff & nice atmosphere. Year round outdoor seating as well.

“The absolute best Iced Mocha I've ever had. And I've been having speciality coffee for 15 years and I buy a lot. I was going for a 2nd, but by the time I was going to swing back by...the Building was about to close. That just says how much the coffee is GOOD. No doubt I'll be back. “It is hard to find good breakfast in this area and Cafe 22 hits the spot. I love their peaches, the pancake thickness isnt overly cakey and hard to swallow. The bacon is thick and cooked just right. The raspberry jam is real raspberry jam. The water mentioned in the another review is because they are on a well so it does taste little bit more tinnish, a lemon wedge in my water cured that. Stopped by the fruit stand for fresh strawberries, on the spendy side, but oh the flavor, absolutely nothing beats an Oregon strawberry. Had I known they did strawberry short cake, I woulda skipped the breakfast and went straight to the fruit stand.“

I was struggling to maintain and your staff was so gracious in their caring not even knowing what I was upset about. 💔 They did help my day . I do hospice work and still had angels to go see. “on September 30th 2025 at around 5:10 p.m., I went to Bentley's coffee in Albany to order two drinks for myself and my wife. I had a $17.30 gift card balance tied to my account and just a few days prior (on 9/27) I was assured by a staff member that once the card was scanned the balance would remain on the account for future use. when I went to pay the cashier told me my total was about $14 and change. I explained I wanted to use the gift card balance, but she said it wasn't showing up in their systems and "sometimes it has issues". I mentioned what I've been told the weekend before and that I was fairly sure I had thrown the card away. the only response I received was, "yea, really sorry about that." with no attempt to help or provide a solution. thankfully I happen to find the physical card tucked away in my car, so I wasn't completely out of luck. but I left feeling very disappointed with the lack of care and customer service. mistakes and system issues happen, but how they are handled makes all the difference. I've been a consistent customer of this location for over 3 years and it's very disheartening , enough to make me consider not recommending this location after all this time if this is how the customer care is going to be. Hopefully it's just a one-off but I'll probably wait a while before going again.“

“Where to begin? The location looks great, and it has a good vibe to it. The customer service is top notch, my server was very nice and even put some special attention with a message on our anniversary order bag (very sweet!).

Now the food. The flavor on the beef ramen is fantastic. The beef is tender, the noodles are cooked perfectly and all the veggies tasted fresh. The Takoyaki here has to be some of the best in Salem. I also tried the fried chicken bun for the first time, great flavor, soft bun and crispy chicken in the middle.

My wife ordered the chicken stir fry ramen, fresh veggies, fried chicken all tasted amazing.

“Had unfortunate experience at Lancaster location this morning. Employees were more interested in visiting with the person in front of me than taking my order. Even after getting her drink she did not move. Several people came out of the building and it appeared they were also going to talk with the customer.
