“Look, it's McDonald's, but THIS location is my favorite. It is one of the only ones that has a door to keep the kids from running out of the playground area. It still has a self serve soda machine. The staff brings your food to your table, and they're always nice. My order rarely has mistakes and if it does they make it right. The only negative is the rowdy teens that take up tables in the kids play area and use foul language around the small kids. That situation is highly dependent on the day and time though. I avoid coming here when the HS is out to lunch and in the summer during the weekend afternoons.“

“Food was good . Drive thru is screwy and very difficult for larger vehicles. Better when they opened but now many , many mistakes !! We got mashed potatoes instead of Mac and cheese . No worries . I sent my daughter inside to replace them and get what we ordered . The dude never even talked to her and threw the bag back on the counter with a loud thud embarrassing her . We set off to our destination and realized we had no spoons , napkins and I didn’t get my blackened ranch dip for my chicken . Still have no idea how it tastes . Anyone ? Anyway … long wait . Big bill . Even larger attitude . Not sure it’s really good enough for the service one receives .“

“The tacos and burritos were the most authentic and delicious I have ever tasted, reminiscent of my childhood in the mountains of Chihuahua. One taste of the cheesey bean and rice burrito transported me spiritually to my abuelos kitchen and I was lost is the magnificent splendor of spice, flavor and texture. The papas fritas were ok. 3 out of 5 stars.“

“I love this restaurant! They provide first-rate dishes, their menu is decent, The cook in that place is a real pro, I like very much trying all their food. The dishes are always good, the service towards the visitors is nice. I go often to this place and I was never disappointed. I highly recommend it.“

“Today on 7/14/25 I went to pick up my catering order for my work. The food was ready and, in the bag, very organized. The team did a great job executing our needs as a customer. This was not the first time we have had them cater- but today I had to leave a comment. Thank you to the team!“

“the cashier was extremely patient with an elderly customer who was clearly challenged by the menu. she helped him figure out exactly what he wanted and assisted him with his credit card purchase too - all the while, smiling! when it was my turn, she greeted me with enthusiasm and didn't mind a little chit chat. I was pleased with my Beyond burger as well. nice job!“

“My family have drove up to the PNW to fish since I was a young lad, today, I’m 52 years young. In all of the countless trips throughout the years, not once was Burgerville not included on our itinerary. Whether it was fishing expeditions or shopping the outlets or heading to visit Seattle of Canada, Burgerville has always been a “must stop no matter what,” for as long as I’ve been around. It doesn’t matter what type of business you own or work for, it’s not about the products, services or pricing. Business is about people. After all, people make all of those decisions I just mentioned. We all know people are not without flaws (excluding Donald Duck ); no person or business is above reproach, (accept Donald Duck thought he was). Having said that, did we receive a perfect order every single time we stopped at this location, no. However, Burgerville has always owned it and made it right, with a cut above to make up for inconvenience. Don’t misunderstand me, the food is fantastic but this component is why we always come back. Mistakes are not meant to define you or an organization, they are meant to guide the individual and the organization. Almost two full months ago my brother and I were on our way up to Canada for our anual fishing trip and we couldn’t wait to hit woodland Burgerville for them Walla Walla onion rings, burger, and a shake. I pulled right out and hit the freeway as we were already a half day behind. I opened my bag of awesomeness only to discover our onion rings were very cold, greasy, and placid, very disappointing. Nevertheless, my brother called them and told them what we received and the manager asked us to come back so they can replace our order but we were already far gone and a half day behind. With that, the manger took our names and told us to stop by on our way back, and they would make it right. Tonight, on my way back home, again, almost 2 months later, I called. Unfortunately, the manager wasn’t able to recall the instance and could not find the notes with our name pinned up in the office like we were told. Nevertheless, he took my word for it and made it right! How about that, giving the customer the benefit of the doubt, I don’t know, nor am I aware of any restaurant organizations that do or would do that. We love ya Woodland BV!“

“If I give it a high rating more people will go there and I'll have to wait longer.
We don't have a lot of choices for fast food in Columbia Co. BV it's a little better but pricier. Quality vs value for the dollar I'll take DQ above McD, BK, and TB any day“

“Stopped by for breakfast on my way to Portland, was an easy off and on I-5 and able to get into the restaurant without any problems.
Kiosks were working, and I was able to order food without any problems.
My order had no issues, so no complaints.
Parking: They have parking spots for the longer vehicles as well.“

“When we walked in the door we were automatically greeted by 3 employees with great attitudes! It was later in the evening and they had just re-opened after having to close for a couple hours due to a construction company damaging a water line earlier. It was only my second time going to a MOD Pizza so I was a little unsure of how it worked and what to get but the employee made it super easy for me while sharing some creations that others had gotten before. Quick and easy and boom....my pizza was in the oven. All three employees' attitudes and demeanor were refreshing. To me, excellent Customer Service is the MOST important thing a business can offer. And they nailed it!! Plus my pizza was perfect and delicious. Will definitely be returning because pizza is my cryptonite.“
