“Trium Wines tasting room is small, but cozy and quaint. On weekend evenings, it's a great place to enjoy a glass of wine while listening to live music. The bartenders are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent service. If you're a wine geek and want a deep dive into how wine is grown, have a chat with the owner, Tony. Tony is extremely knowledgeable about how wine is grown and how cultivation practices, climate and terroir effect the overall of outcome of each varietal. Cheers!“

“Ok my Peeps off of I5. Stopped back on talent just a mile off the fwy heading west.
Decided to review this place from the recent negative reviews.
I find that in my most recent experiences Phoenix and Talent have sanitary lack when it comes to clean utensils and gloves, and hair wraps.
However, I liked this place 😊
Food was fresh as well as good, plentiful and fast.
Remember you are dealing with food trucks that have high volume and smiling customer service might not b available.
However, I recommend this place.
Depending on the time you go, parking is the only issue.
There are other food facilities within walking court.
Places to sit and eat seemed plentiful.

“Seated promptly. Wait staff is excellent and work together as a team. Ambience is very nicely done, small dining areas in a converted house adds to the quaintness. The wine and cocktails menus are well thought out. Food is super fresh, prepared with care, and adventurous ideas. I want to say, Medford is very lucky to have a fine food restaurant like Decant. Unfortunately, a lot of people are used to chain restaurants that have typical steak & potato's served fast, in large portions, and fairly inexpensive. There's nothing wrong with that, except that's not fresh, healthy, exciting, and unique. Decant is offering a much higher standard, and a place you can taste something you probably have never tried before, because it's the chef's idea and is developed with his many years of pairing flavors and spices to create a dining experience that 99% of other restaurants don't offer. Yes it's more costly to enjoy that type of meal, and no, your not going to be able to gorge your stomach with a 24 ounce ribeye, but you will be able to taste a Dashi, or a bone marrow bordelaise, on a much smaller portion with a much higher flavor, than you have ever had!! I thoroughly enjoyed our meal, I will return, and if your wanting to step up to Top Shelf service, food, and drink, where cost isn't the driving force, try Decant, GREAT JOB, WELL DONE, owner Jessica, chef Micheal & our waiter Dalton and crew, for the best original meal we've had in quite awhile and certainly anywhere in Oregon!“

This is a nice little gem tucked into the roots of south Medford.“

“We visited Carlito’s while vacationing from the East Coast. All of the menu items are family recipes. The cream pesto fettuccine and risotto were divine. The side salad comes with a lemony vinaigrette that is perfectly balanced and delectable. Aside from the food, the service and atmosphere are fantastic. It’s a really relaxed vibe. We went here quite often in 2021 and now having moved back to the valley last year, one of the first places I went was here. Kids and I love the savory pastries and desserts. They were very accommodating for us, and the wines were great. The whites impressed and the reds were all a restrained and had lighter extraction than most of their peers we tried in Ashland.

We had made reservations in March for our 7 party tasting in August at 11am, and between booking and arriving they changed their hours to opening at noon. I got the text reminder for our 11am appointment, but they didnt have us in their system. Despite that, the owner opened up and poured for us. Great customer service after a miscommunication, that's how you do it! Would recommend a visit.“
