“I forget about this hidden gem in Talent! My friend and I had a fabulous meal on a busy Friday night. The dining room was packed! I had the NY strip with mashed potatoes and veggies and my friend had the beef stroganoff! They were both very good. Dinner came with soup, salad and a muffin. The dressings are AMAZING!!! My advice, try all 3, there is plenty of salad to try them all. Lastly, DESSERT! The chocolate mouse with the caramel topping is ridiculously good, so good I ordered 2 for myself. I’ve eaten at this restaurant multiple times over the years and I’m never disappointed with the quality of the food and the service is top notch.“

“A very popular spot and for good reason, the food was great. I absolutely loved the chicken fried steak. The service we had was unique, they are fast and friendly but they tended to be kind of short i imagine it was because they were busy. Highly recomend this spot if you are passing thru!“

“This is the best Thai food I’ve had. I’ve had some very bland and dry Pad Thai and this was far from that! So much flavor and perfect amount of sauce and protein. The staff were all extremely nice and quick despite dealing with a surge of people during peak dinner hours. The crab rice was also very flavorful and not at all dry, cooked perfectly. I’m happy to find special restaurants like these that shine above the awful chain restaurants that plague the city. Supporting small busiesses is important and this food was so good I’ll be coming back frequently.“

“This place is on fire. I’ve been here four times this month because the food is that good. Admittedly, I have high standards, especially for meat and Nohos exceeds them. The chicken is so moist, profoundly flavored with a hint of burnt crisp from the grill. Macaroni salad, on point! Ribs, to die for. Portions, huge!! Hospitality….heartfelt. First choice for eating out.“

“This is some of the better foods in the area. The pancakes are huge, so bring your appetite. My main area of disappointment was service. They didn't refill our drinks, they didn't bring straws, when they come to your table ... they don't ask if you need anything else before leaving (which ultimately makes more work for them, because then they keep running back and forth between all the tables. They are nice, but just poor flow of service. Also, the pancakes 🥞 kind of came out a little cooler and not warm. They only give one syrup container per table ( we had bigger group) which only makes your pancakes colder waiting for the 1 syrup container to get passed around the table“

“Last week (August 2024) I served my dinner party a bottle of Edenvale's 2003 Syrah. I acquired the bottle almost 20 years ago and had worried that I had held onto it too long, especially since I had stored it under far from ideal conditions in several residences as I moved about during my career. But the wine was a marvel and deeply rewarding -- big and generous with beautifully integrated tannins and undiminished freshness. (I just wish I had put away more than one bottle.)“

“This restaurant was the culprit for starting me on Thai food nearly twenty-five years ago. I had to stop by this one for a reminiscence (and to get some Happy Cow points). I don’t remember the restaurant serving salad and a spring roll, but I came in when the restaurant was closing in less than half hour. I never wolfed down green curry as quickly as I did today (the record was seven minutes if you must know). It was a smaller lunch version, thank goodness. This is a rather small for Thai restaurant, but that doesn’t stop the place continuing to operate and feed the local (and former) residents. Do visit the nice small town, especially this place!“

“5 stars My husband and I have had such an amazing experience at Mazatlan Grill, in Central Point! The food is all made fresh to order. Start out with delicious chips, salsa, and refried beans. We love to order the molcajete dish that comes sizzling in the hot lava bowl: With bacon wrapped shrimp, steak, chicken and longuisto sausage. I eat like a bird, and having to pay this much for the small amount I eat isn't really worth it anymore for my family. It makes me sad because it's one of our favorites. Also, the past 3x we've ordered there, the fortune cookies have been so old they are horrific. I hope they consider maybe doing two sizes for people.“
