“What a great place for boba drinks. It is located in a newly developed area. All drinks appear to come with many slices of lime wedges. If you are a lime lover, this place is for you.

We had a custom drink with Thai green tea, lychee flavor and jellies. The other drink was from a pre-made menu. Both drinks are quite sweet but they were just right if you let the ice melt a little.“

Their bubble tea is also some of the best I’ve ever had. Their tea is fresh and high quality. Their Matcha is also fantastic I’ve had so many matches at tea shops that have a fishy taste. This is such a quality spot for great food and fun. They have card games and jenga to play while you wait. We live in Vancouver, Wa. And will always stop in here when we are passing through. I haven’t had anything on their menu that isn’t done right. This place deserves to blow up!!!“

“We come to Boba Cat Tea House pretty often since it’s close to where we live, and it’s become one of our go-to spots for boba.

I usually get matcha, which has really good flavor. Last time I tried it with strawberry compote added, and it was super yummy. My partner usually gets tea with lychee and really enjoys it as well. When we get boba, the pearls are consistently just right. Soft, chewy, and flavorful. The brown sugar milk tea is especially delicious.

I typically order 50% sweetness, which is perfect for me, while my partner prefers 100%, and both options work well depending on taste.

The shop itself is very cute inside and a great place to hang out, though we often grab and go since it’s so convenient for us.

Overall, it’s a reliable, yummy spot we keep coming back to.“

While their menu might be a little less familiar to folks used to drinking Boba, I highly encourage getting a sample and trying something new. I love the soymilk slushy with boba or jelly. Their boba is always fresh, and If you’ve never had fresh soy milk, you are missing out. It’s nothing like what you get at the supermarket. Their puddings are amazing. The pandan custard with coconut cream is 10/10. Adorable ambience and always friendly service!“

“I love this place! They also have another location in Beaverton that I enjoy, but this one feels more spacious and has a cuter vibe. The shop is comfortable, inviting, and a great spot to grab a drink.
I still have so many drinks on the menu to try, but I always end up ordering my favorite the strawberry matcha with brown sugar boba. It's delicious every time. I also love that you can customize the sweetness level to your preference or just leave it at the standard setting.
The service is always wonderful, and the barista who helped me was the sweetest! Friendly service and great drinks keep me coming back.

For those who can have hazelnuts, it was great! However 3 of us couldn't due to allergies, so we didn't get the specialty cups, etc because we couldn't order off that menu. Madagascar vanilla lattes have great flavor, and the kids love the matcha ice creams.“

I've been to the Chicha in the San Francisco bay area, and my goodness it was awful. Extremely crowded and too sweet.

I have some allergies with MSG, so here in BEP there is no MSG in the food. My experience there was really good. “The food is excellent and fresh. I haven’t eaten anything that wasn’t amazing! I am a huge matcha tea fan. I’ve tried matcha lattes at various spots around Portland and no one makes them as good as Olia Poke! Their matcha is not too sweet and the bright, fresh green flavor of the tea is the star. So many places the matcha flavor is absent (green milk) or it’s way too sweet. Olia strikes that balance perfectly. Love the staff too, they are so friendly!“

“The regular black sugar boba w/ pearl milk is my go-to and you really can’t go wrong with any of the other options. The sweetness level was just right and not overly sweet. I love that you can customize the amount of ice. Some places give you way more ice than drink, but here it felt balanced. They were generous with the boba too, which is always a win. Overall, a really satisfying stop if you’re craving milk tea!“

The server/maker was the nicest person in Portland that we encountered, the honey boba pearls were perfect chewy/melty consistency and our teas were so tasty without being overly sweet. I ordered a blended matcha lavender and my daught ordered a honeydew. Well done, 5 stars, highly recommend.

Parking: There is a parking lot across the street, you have to pay if you stay longer than an hour.“

“I was walking over to it after work and nearly missed it but I’m glad I didn’t. Now I can’t really comment on their Sichuan food as I didn’t order it but their Mongolian beef was really tender. It was in my opinion perfectly cooked and so were the onions it was cooked with. The sauce wasn’t too thick or thin, it was really well balanced with a subtle sweetness and the right amount of spice. The cucumber salad was super fresh and not mushy at all. Had I gone with a friend this would have been a really affordable although by yourself the lunch special is much cheaper. Still I had a lovely time and enjoyed the music they were playing. Staff was lovely, and I’ll be coming back.“

“So, I went to this chocolate café called Anna’s Chocolate Café and Bubble Tea. It’s a small shop inside a larger building. When you walk in, it’s right by the escalator. The chocolates looked a bit odd, not very appetizing. They were selling them for $3 to $4 each. I ended up buying two of them, just because I felt awkward leaving after saying hi to the person working there. They tasted just like regular chocolates you buy at the store, which I wasn’t impressed with. But if you’re interested, check it out.“
