“The people were great. I'd have to say the pizza was in the top 2 of my choices. The price is more than fair and I like that they have the largest and best choice of toppings. They have more toppings than any other pizza places. My other choice has less choices but their toppings are larger sized. Still I do like MOD better. They have salads and other things too. “I placed an order in the drive thru, and when I got home I was surprised because it was missing an item in it - which was the main thing I wanted - and was replaced with something else. I called the store and told them I got the wrong item and they said I could come back and get it fixed. I wasn’t super excited about this because it was late and I had just gotten off of work. When I arrived at the restaurant the door was locked so I had to go thru the drive thru and once I explained my situation they allowed me to pull into the curb so they could take care of me. Once I was at the curb, the employee who was working at the drive thru when I came the first time, which I now know his name was Alex, came outside and asked about my issue. When I explained it to him, he said that the box has changed and so that’s why I received what I did but I was confused because I had gotten the same thing at another location the day before and it was different than the one I got that night. Regardless, Alex said he would add the item I was missing to my order and remade something else I had ordered as a courtesy. While he was inside I looked online and I found out that the menu had indeed changed overnight. When Alex came out he confirmed the same thing to me, and explained that’s why my order was different than the day before. I immediately apologized and told him I was sorry and that it was my mistake for not seeing that the contents of the box had changed. He was very sweet and told me no worries and that he fixed it for me. I felt so horrible as I was leaving because just like how I was tired getting home late from work I’m sure he felt the same, and to deal with this issue with such patience and kindness really shows how great of an employee he is. Exceptional customer service from Alex and I definitely will be back to this location again!“

“I go for the a la carte sides (pretzel bites, onion rings, groovy fries, mozz stix). They are fresh, hot, and crispy every time. No charge for a couple extra sauces. I enjoy getting to choose between drive thru and drive in. Nice place to eat a snack and watch a short TV show during lunch break, esp for the price!

The staff was so accommodating and made her a pizza with dairy free cheese with all clean products and clean utensils.

My 1.5 year old was able to taste pizza for the first time in her life!

“The food is ok here. In my book, Chipotle is the best of the fast feeder Mexican restaurants. Baja Fresh is second. Unfortunately, Qdoba comes in third. The one good thing at Qdoba is that the guacamole is free. But the veggies never seem fresh. The brown rice isn't brown rice but rather flavored white rice. The Quesos just add calories and not much flavor.
