Reordered and picked up. Staff could not have been nicer despite it not being their fault. Food was fresh and delicious and Thoth gave a gift card for my trouble. Frustrating experience completely turned around my store team.“

“The minute you walk in you know this pizzareia is different than others. Chris, the owners offers a warm funny welcome and you immediately feel like you are standing in your best friends kitchen. He told me he makes the “best pizza” and I took the challenge! I wasn’t even there to eat but meet someone in the parking lot. He offered for me to come in afterward and try a free slice. Instead I ordered two pies to take back to Delaware. While they were in the oven Chris was explaining all kind of things about the art of making pizza. Not to put it piping hot in the box or to leave the full pizza boxes on the top of the oven- tricks only someone who really knew their craft would care about. It was such a fun afternoon, and to think I only stopped in to grab a drink and get change. Oh, the pizza… the best! The crust is to die for- crispy and crunchy not doughy like a garlic knot. The sauce tasted authentic, not sweet like you find at our hometown Grottos. Delicious pizza- rivals NYC slices. A definite pizzeria for the connoisseurs out there and even those that just want damn good pizza! 🍕“

George the owner packaged our order and packed it so neat and loaded my car. My only regret is not taking pictures of the presentation. Food was delicious; presentation was straight out of a magazine presentation. The price so was reasonable- I almost feel like I robbed them for how good the food was and the price I paid. Easiest process from ordering to pick up. The guest at our party raved about the food. The desserts were so scrumptious everyone went for seconds! “Ordered for the first time this past Friday to try their new menu. My 14 y/o had the lil’ Rita and said it was “so good it’ll make a grown man cry.” My 9 y/o had the mini plain pizza. She’s not usually a fan of pizza but ate 2 slices, so I guess that means she liked it. My husband and I did olive and pepperoni. I love that they use kalamatta olives instead of black olives! The cheesy bread with the garlic butter was also delicious! We’ll definitely add them into our pizza rotation.“

“We just got two large pizzas for our first visit (both were Detroit style - the Motown and the Greektown). For only two people eating, we have almost a whole large pizza of leftovers and let me tell you, I cannot wait to eat them tomorrow. The Motown is the best pepperoni pizza that we have ever had and we are major pizza fans in this family, so that says something! For my Greek fans, I highly recommend that Greektown pizza, so flavorful and don’t even get me started on the crust! 😁“

“I have known Sam for awhile and would stop in mostly for the Roast Pork Sandwich Platter as well as Roast Beef and Cheesesteaks. I tried their pizza for the first time last Tuesday. I always order extra sauce and well-done. Wow! It was perfect . The sauce has just the perfect ratio of Italian spices with a robust tomato flavor. Thin crust with a great crunch. I have lived in this area for over 20 years now and will say that is the best pizza I have eaten in recent memory. Highly recommended“

“Someone treated me to a delivered Italian hoagie from pop's about a week ago which is when I was introduced to the place. The first bite. It was all about that first bite. I don't know exactly what type of Italian it was, but, the level of flavors in that particular one had my taste buds doing cartwheels. If that's even possible. The mushrooms were the kicker without a doubt. Needless to say, there was no intention of saving any of it for later. Clearly, and without second guessing, one of the best Italian hoagies I have ever enjoyed. It's even better when it's a surprise. I never knew this place existed. But NOW I do.

“Our family had a great night out at Nick’s Pizza this past week. We started with the Ceasar salad which was crispy and delicious, the croutons were phenomenal. Next the buffalo wings, which were a big hit at our table. Finally the pepperoni and hot honey pizza. Amazing flavors. We added on the cheesesteak for good measure, so glad we did. We were supposed to take it home, but it didn’t make it. Delicious and the roll was amazing! We’re excited to make this a regular dining destination!“

“Love the vibe here, great local spot in a rustic 1700’s era building. Very good service from the staff. Phenomenal selection of beers on tap which was the main reason I found this place. It gets loud inside with the live music, though not overwhelming. I have to dink them on the menu though, not sure why they serve the pastrami sandwich chilled, just doesn’t seem right, and was a pretty low grade of pastrami. The fries were way oversalted. I’ll back, but will probably stick with drinks at the bar“
