Reordered and picked up. Staff could not have been nicer despite it not being their fault. Food was fresh and delicious and Thoth gave a gift card for my trouble. Frustrating experience completely turned around my store team.“

“I used Johnny Paisano’s to cater a holiday party. I had an amazing experience from the very beginning. I spoke with Christine who helped me place the order, and helped me to decide the best options for my menu. One of my options was a prime rib, where I received a phone call from Johnny himself to help me figure out the best way to prepare it for the party. When it was time to retrieve the food on the day of the party, everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Johnny once again came out and was talking with me about the food. I appreciate this aspect of a business, it makes you feel like you’re in a friendly environment, rather than a sterile kitchen. The food quality was amazing. Every platter was delicious, and every guest was happy with how the food turned out. The prime rib was the largest hit, not surprisingly. I couldn’t believe the value of everything as well. I am a salmon snob, and "Roz and Roccos" delivered: my salmon was cooked to perfection with that delicious crispy top layer that I love. Be prepared to spend a bit. Average dinner was $39. Appetizers about $20 - $35. However their specials were priced very good. Four of us with drinks, appetizers & Tip was $400.00. It was worth the trip for us. I totally recommend.“

Our waitress was MIA most of the meal after she dropped off our food. No refills on drinks when we needed it. Then it took twenty minutes to get our check. Everyone around us was also complaining. One waitress for ten tables? It is obvious they were paying more attention to the larger party in the side room. . They need to hire more waitstaff. It spoiled the outing.“
