“I don’t typically leave reviews, but I just feel like Donatello’s deserves more than 5 stars. My first visit was a little after 8pm last week and they closed at 9. I felt bad being it was close to them closing but the employee greeted me with a smile and was thrilled to take my order. I have never been here, so I didn’t know what to expect. What I didn’t expect was to find my new all time favorite pizza shop. I got the stuffed Italian meat lovers pizza, blew me away. Hands down the best pizza I’ve had in central Pennsylvania. I’ve been back multiple times and I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. If you haven’t tried it, you should definitely plan a visit! I also live 30 minutes away, I happily make the drive knowing I’m getting quality food and such a friendly staff. 50/10 I recommend.“

“This was our first time here, and we were thoroughly impressed.We were greeted at the door by a smell of cleaning product which makes you feel good about how well a place is kept up. The interior was trendy and well lit. The place was very clean and organized.The server was tremendous. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to choosing our entrees.The food was the show stopper. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and well crafted on the plate. There is a great variety of dishes to chose from and even something for vegetarians.Overall great experience!!“

“The gentlemen who work here are SO NICE & welcoming! The pizza was fantastic and actually had seasoning (most cheese pizza around here is just lacking in flavor overall). This is the BEST pizza in the area by far. Perfect temperature and melty cheese but not enough to just slide completely off the slice. I will order here again for sure and try other menu items!“

“As Maryland transplants, my husband and I have spent 2 years trying to find pizza we really liked in the Hanover area. We found it here! We got the Sergios Old Fashioned pizza and it was delicious. The sauce was excellent, with just a hint of spice and the crust was just thin enough to stay a little crispy without getting soggy. The cheesesteak was juicy and cheesy, but not greasy, and the roll it was served on was fresh and nicely toasted. The service was excellent and friendly. Looking forward to trying other menu items.“

“This is a great place to stop. We've driven by many times and finally made the visit. This Family owned and operated business takes great care in preparing their food. The homemade fries are out of this world! Golden and delicious. There are two roll options to consider. Amoroso or Maier's. . We had the Cheesesteak on the Amoroso and the Italian Sub on the Maier's. Each Family Member seemed to watch over all of us in the Dining Room. There are many other options as well. We will never pass by without stopping again.“

She was awesome, gave us suggestions on our food. Got us a box before I even had a chance to ask. “The pizza here is excellent. The cheese steaks are better. And my favorite meal is the salmon with lump crab meat. If you like fish you gotta try it. It's so good. I gave 5 stars because this place deserves it. Now the pasta meals are hot or miss. Anything with noodle I personally believe. My mom and dad recently tried the pasta and didn't like it either. Lacks flavor. Their other meals are very good.“

“Love seeing a place that is well ran. Immediately get fast service and good food. Been coming here since I was little but now as an adult seem like it’s ran very well! Always a super nice girl up front and pizza is always made right. Never floppy and always has flavor. Tried a cheesesteak from here for the first time the other day. Was super impressed. “I attended a shrimp feed there tonight. The food was excellent. They had french fries, fried chicken, Maryland crab soup, steamed shrimp, veggies with dip, corn on the cob, cold salads, and cookies. We stuck around for a while after the feed and listened to the DJ. Nice crowd, but not overly full.“

“My favorite local pizza shop to get a hot sub. I think I've tried just about all of them. Love the Meatball sub and the Sausage Parm. My daughters favorite place to just get a slice of pizza. The Sausage Stromboli is the perfect mix of sausage and cheese, they don't go too light or too heavy on either ingredient. My go to app to get with a sub is the onion rings, always fried perfect. The staff are always friendly and service is always quick. If you want a nice warm sub that isn't Subway, which is right next door btw this is a great stop.“

“W.York and East Berlin very clean restaurant and also great service. Food is always ready in the time they tell you when you order by phone for pick up. Pleasant to sit and eat in also. We ordered steak tacos Sour Cream*, steak quesi tacos, kids steak tacos, cheese quesadillas, steak quesadillas, 3-pupusas (chicken, pork and loroco) pickled cabbage and tomato sauce on the side. “We are so glad we decided to call in a pizza order today, we have always wanted to try Rocco's and boy what we have been missing ! We ordered the Sicilian Special and it looked amazing being pulled out of the oven, it weighs a ton So ...... we just enjoyed a slice and let me say that it is AWESOME ! Young staff is overly polite and high energy and fast! I recommend big tips because they are worth it! That's up to you, but you won't be disappointed.
