“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

“i visited this place the day after four chord festival in July during that insane heat wave. needless to say, I was extremely dehydrated and needed SOMETHING. “Visited this morning for the first time. Got egg and cheese sandwiches, one croissant one ciabatta - both were amazing!! The lattes were delicious and rich. You can really taste the quality of the espresso. They were short staffed (1 employee who was grinding hard!) so I did wait about 25 minutes for two coffees and sandwiches. I didn’t mind that much and it was well worth the wait. Can’t wait to go back!“

“Was looking for a drink for my drive home so I popped in here! I love matcha and trying different ones from different places! 🍵
This one did not disappoint!
The man making the drinks was super friendly and extremely insightful!
He helped us pick out flavors and everything with some recommendations and they did not disappoint!
We got a strawberry puree matcha the strawberry flavor was very subtle but the perfect for a lightly sweetened flavor
And I got a lavender iced matcha (my favorite!)
It was the perfect ratio of everything!“

“I studied and worked remotely from this location many times from 2021 - 2025. The atmosphere of the Wexford location is unparalleled by any other coffee place I've been to. The plants, the decor, the engaging baristas, delicious coffee, tasty blueberry muffins, and the overall positive and relaxing vibe drew me back over and over again. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place, the people who work there, and those who own and govern the business. I haven't been to the other locations, but I'm sure they are excellent, too. :) So, go grab a coffee, get into gardening via one of the many plants for sale, and have a good time.“

They offer traditional Colombian flavors (like that panela syrup), delicious arepas and empanadas, as well as tasty pastries. I love this place. “Our first time at the cafe. Loved the atmosphere and the wall graffiti depicting famous people from scientists, to musicians to artists. I read a previous review saying the art on the wall was AI generated, must have been before the wall graffiti was done. We were a party of 3 and each ordered a different menu item. There is something for everyone. The bread for the sandwiches and the bread accompanying the egg dishes is sourdough bread. The salad portions with the egg dish was very generous. The fruit with the French toast bread was mostly berries and generous portion. This is not something you see in other breakfast places where fruit portions are small and mostly banana. Waitresses were frindly and accomodating. We all loved it and will be coming again.“

“Really cool and sustainable repurposing of an old Moose Lodge. Caught a meeting where the mission was being explained to another group, and it was awesome to hear about the concept. Egg sandwich is incredible, reminded me of the quality of food I experienced living abroad and brought back many happy memories, but at an affordable price- $12 for a large decaf, build your own egg sandwich with double the eggs and a bit of fresh fruit on the side. Was awesome to sit and feel like a person on the two days I visited and the staff was incredibly talented in addition to wonderful energy. Everyone who worked here loved their job and it showed! (To clarify that's exactly what I mean by the quality of food experienced abroad- happy food made by happy people.) Also a really cool co-working space.“

“I stopped in last night, there were two young ladies behind the bar that didn't acknowledge my presence. But when I came in there was a young man sweeping the floor because it was almost closing time and he put the broom down and came behind the bar to wait on me. He's the superstar in this story! Even after he got my drink, the young ladies behind the bar never made eye contact with me. Hard to believe you can go to a place in East Liberty and be treated as if you are invisible.“

“Here in Pittsburgh for the weekend from Atlanta, Fet Fisk was high on the itinerary. They knocked it out of the park! Everyone was dressed for Halloween. Riley was our server and he was a gem. Attentive without being overbearing. The drinks were lovely. The pate was delicious to start, as was the caviar. The chantrelle mushrooms with the lignonberries? So savory and incredible. Now the standouts.. the rainbow trout and spaetzle. UH-MAZING! The espresso gin and tonic? Killer.

“Great cafe with lovely food and drinks! The coziness of the interior makes it a great spot to relax, study/work, and hang out! Plus, the pastries all look amazing, especially the pies, but I’d also recommend the breakfast sandwich, which was one of the best ones I’ve had in awhile! The egg is super fluffy and the cheese they use went so perfectly, every bite was addicting.

Definitely will be coming back to try some of their pastries, and a crowd favorite especially for students, love it!“
