“If I could rate Costa Deli 100 stars, I would.I was greeted immediately by the owner, Dave, as he was joyfully chatting with his mother, and he directed me to the counter to take a seat for a meal. I then met Steve, the chef and culinary genius behind the magic that is, Costa Deli.Per Steve's expert recommendation, I ordered a classic Italian hoagie with sopressata, provolone & capicola, hot peppers, sweet peppers, lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar, and hot pepper flakes. This was easily one of the best hoagies I've ever had. The flavors were so balanced. The bread was so fluffy and light, yet robust enough to easily hold the ingredients of the sandwich. The meats and cheese were so flavorful and of the highest quality and freshness. The peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were all prepared to perfection and also incredibly fresh and juicy. I could tell Steve was not only great at what he does, but he also loves what he does.In addition, I naturally ordered a chocolate milkshake and an order of French fries. The milk shake was delicious and hit the spot. Steve fried the fries to perfection and they were lightly salted and crispy, just how I like them.Towards the end of my meal, I met Jack, another chef, who kindly asked me how I was doing, let me know of the incoming rainstorm, then got right to work building more of the famous Costa Deli hoagies for several online orders. The kitchen hummed along and David, the owner, humbly stepped in to assist the line with anything they needed. I really admired, respected, and appreciated Dave's teamwork and care for his staff.To end my lovely time at Costa Deli, I spoke at length with Dave about how contemporary society has drifted away from the mom-n-pop style restaurants and stores and towards corporate consumption of big name stores. We discussed how much we appreciated the sense of community provided by and created through corner stores in small towns just like Costa Deli. We all need to support small businesses whenever possible because one's like Costa Deli make you feel like you've walked in from the outside world and stepped right into the home of the Costa family.I will most certainly be back and I highly encourage you to sit at the counter and watch Steve, Jack, Dave, and the rest of the Costa Deli staff go to work.“

“This has become our go-to place for sandwiches. The ingredients are always very fresh and the rolls and buns are so soft and good tasting. And all that goodness is then wrapped up in paper at least three layers thick so it is fresh and does not get damaged when I tuck it in my bike trunk. Also, whenever we arrive the workers are always so friendly I feel like I am part of a small family and just stopping by for a meal.Matt and Marcella have really been fantastic in their care for the food they create and serve. I believe those that work there enjoy working there, and take pride in what they produce.So we will continue to do our regular meal run because this place is great!“

“This is a nice sandwich shop in conshohocken. So far, all the sandwiches we've tried have been good. Everything was fresh and tasty. The only problem is you have to get it during the work day. I believe they close around 3. I guess that keeps the people who know about it wanting more with the limited availability. I guess it also helps with the consistency of the quality of the food. “4 minutes ago NEW Today I ordered a hoagie through grub hub, but when I received my order there was a mistake. After a quick call to the deli I was able to speak with one of the employees (who was very nice, professional and apologetic even though I know we all make mistakes and there were no hard feelings) but she and the manager were able to correct the order and even redeliver themselves! When I received the correct order and opened the bag they had a very sweet message with a nice treat to enjoy later. I rarely leave reviews and I feel as though most people focus on the negatives but this time I wanted to really highlight GREAT costumer service and their delicious food! Dresher Deli has a good variety in their menu to chose from and they serve Breakfast ALL Day, too. Their Prices are more than Fair. The Owner and Employees of Dresher Deli are very hard working and truly care about doing a Great Job in making sure that All Their Customers are more than satisfied with their food and service. “The mofongo and the empanadas are delicious. I have been going there at least once a week and get the ripe plantain mofongo with chicharron mixed in. You can then add shrimp, fried pork, sausage, pork chops, fried chicken, fried cheese or steak. You get an large portion of the mofongo and a large portion of whatever you add as the side. The empanadas are warm and flaky. I also tried the fried sweet plantains but unfortunately they were not so sweet, but I think they didn't have ripe enough plantains at the time. I will give them a second chance with the fries sweet plantains. The service has been really nice and they are very friendly. For the amount of food you get, prices are acceptable.“
