I ordered Uber eats and wanted to change something on my order but the app doesn't give you the option so I called as soon as I placed the order. The guy had me on hold for 5 mins and when he finally got back I told him what I wanted to change he proceeded to tell me I called too late but I didn't you had me on hold as soon as I called! “Your standard Wendy's. I've never eaten inside but the food is pretty much what you'd expect. Really easy to get to of the main road.

One downside: the drive through is PACKED during busy times. Like, you'll be waiting a while. So think about ordering inside if you don't wanna wait that long.

Parking: It's got parking, but the lot is pretty small and tight. You'll get a spot though since most people just use the drive through.

Parking: Free Street parking but, sometimes it's difficult to find one since it's crowded. But everyone orders and leaves so it won't be long. There's also 2 sides of the streets you can park on so it's not a big deal.“

“Have been going to the Chick-fil-a in Quakertown and Lansdale and as eat-in diners have had the feeling of being very low priority. They are focused on their drive-thru and take out business. This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

“I travel miles out of my way to come to this Wendy's. The ones closer to my home have rude employees, and the food is always OLD and gross. I worked at a fast food place for 5 years, I know how it works. Lazy workers don't keep the food fresh and it sits in the warming trays for literal hours. This Wendy's is different. I've been here about ten times now and our food is always fresh, hot, and quick. The employees are outstanding too, specifically the really tall African-American gentleman who I believe is a manager. He is very gregarious and extremely polite. I bring my daughter here and he is incredibly kind to her. I hope this guy reads this. I realize fast food jobs are not glamorous but I'd like to thank this man for being so good at his job and being so nice. Everyone who works in fast food could learn a thing or two from this man. “It's McDonald's! What's to say! You know what you're going to get. Fast food. I personally prefer the dubble cheeseburger. It seems to have the correct cheese to meat ratio. “As a Philly-Olney resident, this is the superior local taco bell chain. Only major difficulty being, trying to access the store from broad street.

Service and food quality can vary SIGNIFICANTLY from each franchise. A big tell for me, as a vegetarian, is how well burritos are filled and neatly wrapped to avoid mess, and contrary to others, this store doesn't skimp you, even with cheaper items.

I go out of my way to ensure I only go to this Taco bell rather than the combo KFC/Taco Bell, which is actually closer to me.
