“I started off with a love/hate relationship with the Horsham store. I believe with staff trainings and continued upgrades to the store, service has become 5-star! I continue to get breakfast and dinner with delicious and hot food! The staff is also super friendly and very efficient as always. Thanks for striving for excellence with every customer!

One downside: the drive through is PACKED during busy times. Like, you'll be waiting a while. So think about ordering inside if you don't wanna wait that long.

Parking: It's got parking, but the lot is pretty small and tight. You'll get a spot though since most people just use the drive through.

“I travel miles out of my way to come to this Wendy's. The ones closer to my home have rude employees, and the food is always OLD and gross. I worked at a fast food place for 5 years, I know how it works. Lazy workers don't keep the food fresh and it sits in the warming trays for literal hours. This Wendy's is different. I've been here about ten times now and our food is always fresh, hot, and quick. The employees are outstanding too, specifically the really tall African-American gentleman who I believe is a manager. He is very gregarious and extremely polite. I bring my daughter here and he is incredibly kind to her. I hope this guy reads this. “As a Philly-Olney resident, this is the superior local taco bell chain. Only major difficulty being, trying to access the store from broad street.

Service and food quality can vary SIGNIFICANTLY from each franchise. A big tell for me, as a vegetarian, is how well burritos are filled and neatly wrapped to avoid mess, and contrary to others, this store doesn't skimp you, even with cheaper items.

I go out of my way to ensure I only go to this Taco bell rather than the combo KFC/Taco Bell, which is actually closer to me.
