“Novo has quickly become my go-to neighborhood spot, and honestly… I’m a little obsessed 🤍 From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, inviting, and effortlessly cozy—the kind of place you want to linger a little longer. But what really makes Novo special is the staff. Every single visit, they’re genuinely kind, welcoming, and make you feel like a regular (even if you’re not… yet). Now let’s talk about the drinks—because WOW. The whipped honey latte has me in a chokehold, and if you haven’t tried the seasonal lavender version, you are seriously missing out. It’s next-level good. Food-wise, Novo does not disappoint. The made-to-order breakfast sandwiches are fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a slow morning or a quick grab-and-go. The only thing I’ll say (and this is me begging nicely 🙃): they’re closed on Sundays, and I would LOVE to see extended hours in the future. Pretty please! “the facilities are great, museum carriage House gift Center conservatory Clayton tours. don't waste your time at the cafe. did not feel welcome there too many policies that are inhospitable. policies that are not welcoming. also the manager is rude and Ben's the policy rules for certain people in certain groups. also don't believe the menu they post I thought the menu you'll get when you go in. it's a little overpriced for what's offered. the food is fairly average nothing outstanding it can't be made in your kitchen. plan to go to the property do the tours and museum and then you'll find better restaurants more hospitable off property in the area.“

“Always can find a quiet place to sit relax and work on your computer. Meetings with friends/work. From bagels and cream cheeses, with coffee and who can pass up the sweet treats!!
Lunch is the best. Sandwiches and soups,salads.
Dinner time is good also but they tend to run out of their soups quickly.“

“My husband has been buying me bread from Loafers for years! My brother in law told me about it cause they worked out in Wexford and Cranberry! I can't thank him enough.Wish they would come to New Castle! we d love it! I love the Honey Wheat bread My favorite is Cinnamon Swirl,and the Chalah! “This is my favorite place to eat in Pittsburgh. It’s the only place I’ve found that is genuinely as healthy and macro friendly as it advertises itself to be. And it’s SO good. The owner, Darryl, is extremely friendly, which also makes you want to support his branch of the franchise :) if you haven’t checked this place out I highly recommend it. You won’t regret it! My fav is the bacon chicken ranch flatbread & the Mac n cheese side.“

“Made the mistake of going here on a whim for lunch. Waited 40 minutes for our food to be ready. It was all made right, and tasted great (not quite worth the price, but where is any more?), but the wait time was unbelievable. If I'd known the delay before ordering I would've gone somewhere else. Staff was apologetic and doing their best to handle the demand.“
