“My family and I accidentally stumbled across this place, (I haven't been to this building/restaurant since 2012 when it was under a different establishment and last I knew nothing was reopened) and this family of new owners was very ATTENTIVE, PROFESSIONAL AND just made us feel WELCOMED from the start. “We decided on a Tuesday that we wanted to dine here the next day and were concerned that we didn't yet have a reservation. We were not able to make one online for 5 people. The next day, we were able to call in the early afternoon and speak to someone to make a reservation. We were so glad we did since the place became full not long after we arrived! Our hostess, servers, and all employees were wonderful, all 5 of our entrees were fabulous, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here!“

“Excellent place to have dinner. I ordered the corn and crab chowder. It was delicious and tasted like beef, corn, and crab chowder. I definitely would get that again. I also ordered the crab cakes with fries. Those guys were so yummy. It's a bit heavy on the salt but delicious. Shana was our waitress, and she kept us tended to with excellent service. We are staying at this hotel tonight, and I'm tempted to order that corn and crab chowder for a bedtime snack later because it was that good.“

“Always number one!! The people there are so kind. Recently I went there to meet a group of friends and couldn’t navigate the steps on a mobility scooter. Alex, Jodi and a group of workers immediately took over helping me walk 3 steps while others picked up my scooter and carried it!! It still warms my heart. “I like the 2-2-2 it's a breakfast meal you can get two pancakes or two toast you can get bacon or sausag and eggs it's around $9 it is 8 something but you got to think about tax everybody's so sweet and if you're lucky enough your kid can get a fruit snack and the cheeseburgers but the only bad thing is is tax and you have to pay for water but other than that it's pretty good if you go there every day they always remember you and it would be nice if they add kids meal

“Finally getting to writing reviews for the best few vendors from my August 2019 wedding. I am a little hesitant to post this since their Facebook page seems to have gone silent and reviews on other platforms indicate that management and menus may have changed in the last 6 months. But I was so pleased with my experience that it only seems fair to give credit where credit is due…. If you are looking for a rehearsal dinner location in Cranberry and have 30 guests or less, I highly recommend the private room at Ember and Vine in the lobby of the DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Cranberry. We researched every restaurant in the area and Ember and Vine at DoubleTree delivered a perfect solution. Their facilities are beautiful and modern, and the staff was so nice and accommodating. Although they can do traditional seated banquet-style meals, we wanted something distinctly different from our wedding dinner the following day. We chose to order off their regular restaurant menu and have them cordon off a portion of the lobby area next to the private room, where a buffet was placed with different flavors of wings, woodfired pizzas, salad, and their oh-so-yummy crispy brussels sprouts. Not only were they flexible with the setup and menu (accommodating multiple food allergies), they also provided the option to have a limited bar within the private room or have our guests use the full bar in the lobby. Having the private room but also the cordoned off lobby area gave us extra area to mingle and a great balance between private space and the fun energy and ambiance from the restaurant and bar. Our guests loved the food and had loads of fun! Other factors that made Ember and Vine a clear winner for us were: - They had a very low minimum spend. Other locations with private dining had a ridiculous minimum spend that would be difficult to meet with a 20-30 person guest list. - The large parking lot. We looked at other options closer to our venue and parking was limited. - Flexibility with timing. We gave them a general time frame for arrival, but not knowing how long the rehearsal would take, they told us just to call them when we were 20 minutes out. Thanks DoubleTree and Ember and Vine for a classy venue and excellent food that let my husband and me and our closest friends and family relax and have a great time before our big day!!“
