“Recently visited Al Dar, the ambience is very good reminds me of old middle eastern architecture. The food was amazing, the moutabbel dip, which is a blend of tahini and eggplant was just the right amount of creamy and smoky. The kebabs were tender and had amazing flavor. Will come again“

“First time trying Hala Guys and loved it! Food was awesome and the customer service was OUTSTANDING. We were immediately greeted with a smile and great energy and left in a better mood than when we walked in. I was so impressed with how we were treated, I talked about it the whole ride home.

Back to the food: I ordered a sm beef platter - Rice, lettuce, tomatoes, a few onions and white sauce. They recommended I add a little bit of bbq sauce and just a line of hot sauce (I said I heard it was hot...it's hot, but delicious). So glad I listened cause the flavors mixed beautifully together!

Hubby loved his chicken & beef platter. Also said the bathroom was spotless.

We all chose to be adventurous and go with the specials recommended by our waiter Fathi. That gentleman exudes charisma and is the embodiment of good service. We loved everything we were served even though they were all exotic dishes, which can be a gamble.

FYI. There are no alcoholic drinks and you cannot BYOB. We were disappointed about that at first because we like to enjoy a couple of drinks with a nice meal but that was soon forgotten. We travel a good bit and have enjoyed nice meals in many countries. This one ranks high on our list. Bon Kif Grill is a do not miss.“

“We recently decided to grab CAVA on our way home, and the first CAVA we went to we did not have a good experience so we decided to just walk out and drive to the nearest CAVA which was 20 minutes away and when we arrive to the other location, which was this location, they were getting ready to close the store, but the employees were very welcoming and kind and took our order right away and even gave a sample pita chips to our kids to try just in case if they didn’t like it and we just decided to let them know how great they are doing and how wonderful we felt once we felt the CAVA hospitality. “Waiter was great....humus ...great variety and absolutely delicious....I had the lamb dish and it was good...pulled lamb....my niece had chicken and my sister said it was quite succulent.Dhe had a fish dish that she ate completely and like. Price was great we had a flourless chocolate cake that we all shared and did not finish. It was quite rich. Good experience..we got there right after opening but it filled up quickly. We ordered a lot to really get a feel for it: The mini sampler (comes with falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, and dolmas) Mixed kebabs (chicken, kafta, lamb) Chicken shawarma Baklava Genuinely nothing was bad. The mixed kebabs were grilled to perfection, all entrees come with delicious yellow rice, a slice of pita with hummus on it, and a salad. And the mini sampler is the best! You get a little bit of everything. All tasty. Whether you like eating everything separately, or mixing it all together, I don’t think you can go wrong with anything here. I also got baklava and it sometimes isn’t my favorite because some places put extra honey, but I’m not kidding when this was the BEST baklava I’ve ever had. And it was my fiancé’s first time trying baklava and he mentioned it might now be a top 10 dessert for him! The owner and workers are so kind too! We will definitely be back.“
