“The chain is solid fast casual with healthy options - I grab take out lunch from here at least once a week. Mostly posting this as a shout out to the woman who appears to be the store manager, or who at least runs the air traffic control on all pickup orders. She is amazing, and the fact that she knows even one customer's name given the volume of orders she is overseeing is amazing. Great example of someone giving a little more than the average person might, and in turn creating the kind of customer experience that makes you leave with both your food and a smile.“

“Great little pizza joint for a quick lunch or dinner. Its similar to Mod in its layout and form but these guys are the original quick custom pizza company that Mod copied off of. As such, the variety, quality, etc of the ingredients and the service itself is substantially better at SNAP. Everything tasted fresh and the crust itself was a better dough. Good experience all around for pizza lovers.“

Wheelchair accessibility: There are alot of doctor offices in the same building so there's a lowered ramp for wheelchair access. One is right on the side entrance where the deli is.“

Tip inflation is important to the owners of Louie Louie. Wish they would be smarter than that as their prices have inflated a lot over the last 3 years.“

The owner and staff were very welcoming and accommodating with our menu and bar options. Planning with them was a breeze. We were very happy with the food. We actually had a difficult time hitting the minimum at the end of the night! We highly recommend hosting your private party at Chestnut Hill Brewing!“

Bri, the event coordinator, worked with me to customize my menu. She was extremely responsive to all my requests. Our server, Nick, truly made the experience exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout our buffet service, always there to refill drinks and assist the guests. The buffet itself was delicious! The selection was impressive, and everyone enjoyed the delicious pasta, chicken parm and bruschetta. I placed a Grubhub order for a small white pizza from Santucci’s — a specific request that means a lot to my family. My son has special needs and a restrictive eating disorder, and this white pizza from Santucci’s is one of the only foods he’ll actually eat. I timed the delivery to make sure it would arrive by dinner, and when I opened the box and saw a regular red sauce pizza instead, I was heartbroken. Mistakes happen — I get that. What made this worse was how it was handled when I called the restaurant. A young woman who answered the phone was kind and apologetic, and I appreciated that. But after holding for over six minutes, I was passed to someone who immediately accused me of placing the order wrong. I had already double-checked my Grubhub receipt before calling — the order was placed correctly. I even had a screenshot as proof. When I was passed to the manager, I expected a little more compassion and accountability. Instead, I was met with indifference and more blame. I offered to send a screenshot to show the order was right on my end, but the manager refused to look at it and stood by their claim that I was the one at fault. Ironically, the first woman I spoke with had mentioned it looked like a system issue on their end — which made the gaslighting from management all the more frustrating. To be clear, this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. When your child has very limited safe foods, and you make an intentional effort to get the one thing they will eat — only to have it messed up and then be blamed for it — that’s a big deal. The mistake was frustrating. The lack of accountability and empathy? Even worse. I’m incredibly disappointed with how this was handled and hope Santucci’s reflects on how to better support customers, especially when mistakes are made“

The appetizer of pita with a variety of dips is incredible, and filling. Next to come are dishes of souvlaki, falafel, lamb brochettes, vegetables, rice and salad. They are known for outstanding baklava (even for those who think they don’t like baklava), AND chocolate mousse. “We recently decided to grab CAVA on our way home, and the first CAVA we went to we did not have a good experience so we decided to just walk out and drive to the nearest CAVA which was 20 minutes away and when we arrive to the other location, which was this location, they were getting ready to close the store, but the employees were very welcoming and kind and took our order right away and even gave a sample pita chips to our kids to try just in case if they didn’t like it and we just decided to let them know how great they are doing and how wonderful we felt once we felt the CAVA hospitality. We just appreciate the fact that they made us feel appreciated and valued. I knew they was tired because it was close to closing time but they still shared a smile with us.
