“The chain is solid fast casual with healthy options - I grab take out lunch from here at least once a week. Mostly posting this as a shout out to the woman who appears to be the store manager, or who at least runs the air traffic control on all pickup orders. She is amazing, and the fact that she knows even one customer's name given the volume of orders she is overseeing is amazing. Great example of someone giving a little more than the average person might, and in turn creating the kind of customer experience that makes you leave with both your food and a smile.“

“Great little pizza joint for a quick lunch or dinner. Its similar to Mod in its layout and form but these guys are the original quick custom pizza company that Mod copied off of. As such, the variety, quality, etc of the ingredients and the service itself is substantially better at SNAP. Everything tasted fresh and the crust itself was a better dough. Good experience all around for pizza lovers.“

“My friend and I had the most exceptional experience at Olive Garden in Bala. And the reason behind this wonderful experience was a most refreshing waiter named Raven!! He was charming he was professional he was friendly He was thoughtful. I could go on and on. He made my birthday a day to remember. He was so delightful we asked to speak to the manager to tell him how pleased we were with the food and especially the service. And I'd like to give kudos to the manager also because he was thrilled we were recognizing one of his employees. That's exactly how a manager should be! Always thick cut like pre sliced and the weight is always off I work for ShopRite as a deli and I expect my stuff to be right not me walk back and then you guys do it right the second time ! & the new owners has the lunch meat in Handel plastic bags looks very unsanitary & no dates or nothing wrapped properly. I Stopped going there because of the new owners. Old owners never had this problem & Never anything on shelf’s always looks empty. Need the old owners back asap !“

Hungry and unsure of what to get, I stumbled upon a Farmer’s Fridge vending machine and decided to give it a try. I chose the chicken Caesar salad, not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the flavors were well-balanced, and it tasted far better than I anticipated. It was a convenient and satisfying option, and I’d definitely grab one again in a pinch!“

Bri, the event coordinator, worked with me to customize my menu. She was extremely responsive to all my requests. Our server, Nick, truly made the experience exceptional. “I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but this experience was especially frustrating. I placed a Grubhub order for a small white pizza from Santucci’s — a specific request that means a lot to my family. My son has special needs and a restrictive eating disorder, and this white pizza from Santucci’s is one of the only foods he’ll actually eat. I timed the delivery to make sure it would arrive by dinner, and when I opened the box and saw a regular red sauce pizza instead, I was heartbroken. Mistakes happen — I get that. What made this worse was how it was handled when I called the restaurant. A young woman who answered the phone was kind and apologetic, and I appreciated that. But after holding for over six minutes, I was passed to someone who immediately accused me of placing the order wrong. I had already double-checked my Grubhub receipt before calling — the order was placed correctly. I even had a screenshot as proof. When I was passed to the manager, I expected a little more compassion and accountability. Instead, I was met with indifference and more blame. I offered to send a screenshot to show the order was right on my end, but the manager refused to look at it and stood by their claim that I was the one at fault. Ironically, the first woman I spoke with had mentioned it looked like a system issue on their end — which made the gaslighting from management all the more frustrating. To be clear, this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. When your child has very limited safe foods, and you make an intentional effort to get the one thing they will eat — only to have it messed up and then be blamed for it — that’s a big deal. The mistake was frustrating. The lack of accountability and empathy? Even worse. I’m incredibly disappointed with how this was handled and hope Santucci’s reflects on how to better support customers, especially when mistakes are made“

“The staff is very responsive to their patient’s needs. We came in on a busy Friday, Valentine’s day night because of heavy labored breathing that my son was experiencing. They quickly noticed even before we told them why we were there and took him back. He received an IV, High flow nasal cannula and chest x-ray. The doctors and nurses are very kind, patient and swift. There’s too many to name, but shout out to the staff in the ER that night and 5 West this weekend.“

I had whole wheat noodles 🍜 (delicious), roasted shrimp, kale, spinach x2, with the sweet soy 5 spice on the side. Omg!!!! It hits everytime. This location can get very busy at time's. However, yesterday around lunch time was easy to place the order and actually sit and enjoy the view from the window while you ate. Peaceful. No rush, no hustle and bustle. Good vibes. 👌🏾“

“We love this place. We live in Philly, but just stumbled on it one day. Maybe it’s the owner, but a visit there feels like a special occasion . The appetizer of pita with a variety of dips is incredible, and filling. Next to come are dishes of souvlaki, falafel, lamb brochettes, vegetables, rice and salad. They are known for outstanding baklava (even for those who think they don’t like baklava), AND chocolate mousse.
