“The chain is solid fast casual with healthy options - I grab take out lunch from here at least once a week. Mostly posting this as a shout out to the woman who appears to be the store manager, or who at least runs the air traffic control on all pickup orders. She is amazing, and the fact that she knows even one customer's name given the volume of orders she is overseeing is amazing. Great example of someone giving a little more than the average person might, and in turn creating the kind of customer experience that makes you leave with both your food and a smile.“

“Walked here from the hotel I was staying at for dinner on Monday and it was tasty. Good value for the price. The only qualm was it felt the pizza wasn’t cooked enough to hold up with the toppings on it. Having said that I put too much on but my colleague had a composed pizza from their list and they said the same thing.

He was charming he was professional he was friendly He was thoughtful. I could go on and on. He made my birthday a day to remember. He was so delightful we asked to speak to the manager to tell him how pleased we were with the food and especially the service. And I'd like to give kudos to the manager also because he was thrilled we were recognizing one of his employees. That's exactly how a manager should be! “The staff is very responsive to their patient’s needs. We came in on a busy Friday, Valentine’s day night because of heavy labored breathing that my son was experiencing. They quickly noticed even before we told them why we were there and took him back. He received an IV, High flow nasal cannula and chest x-ray. The doctors and nurses are very kind, patient and swift. There’s too many to name, but shout out to the staff in the ER that night and 5 West this weekend.“
