“This is absolutely positively the Best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to! Where to begin? I asked so many questions when ordering through the drive thru and the person speaking to me was incredibly sweet and patient. Once I pulled up to the drive thru after ordering, my drink was already waiting for me. This may sound normal but it’s not in my experience in the fast foot industry. The person that took my payment and was also very sweet and she seemed incredibly happy. This is the kind of experience I hope for when I grab my breakfast in the morning. Thank you. Thank you for making my day better and putting a smile on my face!“

The atmosphere, staff and venue were absolutely perfect. Both Jessica and Mark went above and beyond to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch. And the food was to die for! Every step of the wedding planning process, Jessica worked with us to make sure our wedding day so special and everything we hoped it to be. On the day of, Mark went above and beyond to carry out our vision and make it perfect. Their hospitality was more than anyone could have asked for and we will forever recommend this venue to all.“

“I was there this morning and one person (I think he said his name was Aman) was running the whole place by himself. And it was busy! I know this happens by chance sometimes, but this guy was pumping out drinks, serving food, and taking orders seamlessly and without attitude.

“Food is very good and there is a large assortment of Asian food which is unique for a small town like this. HOWEVER, they sell fake labubus for $18. Make sure to check the packaging before you buy it, because they are fake. But if you don’t buy the labubus you will have a great time.“

“For matcha lovers: order from another edge location bc more often than not it WILL be very clumpy and bitter here!!
Otherwise, all other drinks are made well, especially the caramel brulee latte. They dont have a thing to warm pastries up either, so do with that information what you will“

“I always always order the loaded hashbrowns and this dunkin is the only one that fills the cup full with bacon! I’ve been to multiple locations and they barely put any bacon or cheese but this location does it perfectly! I drive out of my way to go there! They always know exactly what I want also!“

The menu includes shakes, frozen lemonades, regular iced lemonades, energy drinks, fizz sodas, smoothies, teas, and fully customizable coffee drinks. The variety genuinely caught me off guard in the best way.I ordered a Watermelon Lemonade and a Chocolate Shake.
The Watermelon Lemonade was refreshing, clean, and balanced. It wasn’t overly sugary or artificial tasting. It had that crisp, bright flavor that actually quenches your thirst instead of just coating your mouth in syrup.The Chocolate Shake was thick, smooth, and rich. Not watery. Not icy. Just a solid, well-made shake that felt like a proper dessert.One detail I really appreciated: they use different size straws depending on the drink. The shake came with a taller straw, and the lemonade had a standard one. It’s a small thing, but it shows attention to detail and makes the experience better.Customization is another huge plus. You can adjust sweetness, choose flavors, add drizzles, and mix combinations across different drink types. It feels more like a beverage lab than just a coffee stand.Service was quick, ordering was easy, and the overall setup is efficient. “Staff was exceptional! Served 20 people in the short 10 minutes we were there, and continued to be pleasant. The only downside is that Starbucks does not have a card tipping option at this location. Shame on Starbucks, these people deserved it.“

And...when mobile app equipment was down and they had no way of telling people ordering...drinks were put first upon your arrival and free for the inconvenience. Keep up the good work - being across the street from 46K students and 20K employees makes this a very busy Starbucks!“
