“I absolutely adore their coffee and breakfast sandwiches, but today they completely caught me off guard. By mistake, I placed my order at the wrong spot. I felt quite let down by my own mistake, so I quickly reordered at the right location. Then, around 15 minutes later, I got a message saying they had refunded my initial order. Huge thanks to Reading Coffee Company. I was close to skipping breakfast due to my frustration, but thankfully goodness prevailed. See ya next Tuesday 🥰“

“Service is always great here and the food is good for the most part but their prices are a little too high. I love their fries, their acai bowls when truck is outside, and their chicken Ceasar wrap. The burgers were okay and the drinks are a hit or miss. 4 stars because the food is fresh and they truly do care about their ingredients and sourcing, and I think it's always great when a food establishment cares about their food.“

Not only is it safer for the customer but it doesn’t get dryed out. The cashier in the drive thru was very cheerful and pleasant as well“

“Brooks for the most part is a packed house which it should be because the menu is awesome and unique. So many items to choose from and they have speciality coffees too. Staff is all on the go and making sure everyone has what they need at all times. Never a bad meal here. A+ Highly recommend. Breakfast and lunch alwys delicious.“

“I was so happy when a drive thru opened near me! I hated having to go into Target for coffee .. I have gone multiple times now since they've opened and have enjoyed every drink I've ordered. And they always give my dog a pup cup, too. Seems silly, but a little cup of whipped cream makes my dog so happy! Other coffee joints around try to charge you $1-2 for it... So I stopped going there and pretty much just go to Starbucks!

One thing i wish though: more gluten free food choices please! When I go there and I'm hungry, I would like to order something hot from their menu instead of having to pick up a small expensive fruit rollup.“

“Very good place and the prices are excellent. The mayorca with egg, bacon & cheese highly recommended with sugar. The papa's locas were very good with tripleta on it. The tripleta sandwich is also very good. Even the chicharron de pollo was very good. Malta India and OK cola !!!!“

“I had a great experience at this Starbucks! The manager, barista, and cashier were all incredibly kind and professional. I was especially impressed by how they handled a difficult situation with an aggressive customer. They remained calm, respectful, and focused on providing excellent service to everyone in the store. “I go here so often that they have my drink memorized and I don’t even have to order it anymore, they just know automatically what to make when they see me or my fiance. It’s always made perfect (even though it depends on who makes it regarding the caramel drizzle because sometimes it’s a good amount and sometimes it’s very little (I’m addicted to it and when I say extra, I totally mean EXTRA) lol. Wonderful staff!“

“This is probably the most decent Dunkin around here. The staff is always nice, they make an order right If it gets messed up with no dirty looks or eye rolling. Definitely well ran and always clean inside. I’ve never had a bad interaction here and the people who work there are always busting their butts working hard! Always fast thru the drive thru too!“

We were just passing through, and saw a Dunkin, so we swung by for a quick sandwich and a drink before getting back on the road.
