“Had low expectations due to some reviews and the place not looking like they serve food. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food, I had the Brussel sprout salad, Mac and chat, and side of brussel sprouts. Everything was very good and will be back again to try more items on the menu.“

“We’re visiting from Indiana and decided to stop at Bab’s Chicken in Audubon and wow, we are so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I ordered the Bab’s fries and they were fire.🔥 The gentleman running the register tonight was so sweet, kind, and attentive — just an all-around great person. I didn’t catch his name, but my whole family commented on how wonderful he was. You can really tell this place cares about their customers. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area! 👏“

“My boss treated us to a Star Wars Day feast from Hen Solo! Everything was DELICIOUS! When the menu said spicy, they weren't kidding! Best habanero sauce. the chicken was moist and tender. My go-to is the Loaded Dirty Bird Special. That joint is seriously one of the best things on the whole menu — packed with flavor, filling, and just hits every time. If you don’t know what to order your first time, start there. Trust.

They also got great drinks to pair with your meal, and the quality of the food is always on point. Never had a sloppy or disappointing order from them.

“I was traveling from out of state (Tennessee) and stopped at this Chick-fil-A, and I can honestly say this is the best location I’ve ever been to.

The customer service was absolutely on point—every question I had was answered clearly and kindly. For what some might consider a “fast food” restaurant, this was genuinely an exceptional experience with top-tier hospitality.

I also want to specifically recognize Christa. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the people she serves—it didn’t feel forced at all. Even as someone in a higher position, she went above and beyond, which really stood out to me. In my opinion, she deserves a raise—but of course, that’s up to Chick-fil-A.

“The chicken was extremely tasty and crispy. I paid extra to get the sauce on the side. Boy was it worth it. The chicken was crispy even 2 hours later in the fridge. The spicy galbi was great, a little heat/sweet, but the honey garlic is the best flavor for sweet and savory. Pro tip get an order of the pickled radish. Great pallet cleanser crisp and yummy.“

“The food is delicious. I’ve went to a nice amount of these stores and this one tops them all. I recently went to another store because it was closer to me and I regretted it. The portions are beyond expectations and the prices are less than other stores too. The customer service is phenomenal. Told them I had to make my bus and they made sure I did.“

“Have been going to the Chick-fil-a in Quakertown and Lansdale and as eat-in diners have had the feeling of being very low priority. They are focused on their drive-thru and take out business. This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

Fries were good, chicken tenders were good, sauce was good. The employees were well trained it seemed and greeted me and others pleasantly and with a smile.

The location is perfect. Very clean and spacious.

I would go here again if I were in the area but in comparison to the other chicken spots, they might be like 5th maybe 6th (Chick Fil A, Popeyes, KFC, Church's, and add one of your favorite spots)“

“We loved the first dining experience and kept coming back drove about 30 minutes just to enjoy the flavors. But recently the price has increased and the quality of the chicken has reduced. I remember we ordered boneless with all white meat and now they are mixed and to be honest I don't like the taste of the boneless anymore, they are like not real meat or not well cooked which is unlikely if the claim was true 360 degree frying and timed by the robotic arms. Everytime we spent between $80 - $170 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Although we still like the unique flavors but with the price, the quality and the portion we don't think we might visit again.“

“I absolutely love this location. Every visit has been smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant, with consistently quick checkout times. But on 2‑21‑26, I went inside for the very first time—and that’s when I met a gentleman named Wesley F.

Let me tell you, this young man’s customer service is on a completely different level. His professionalism, energy, and personality are truly top tier. I have never—and I mean never—experienced customer service like his. You can instantly tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely enjoys helping people.

There were about ten customers ahead of me, and his attitude never wavered. He greeted every single person with the same enthusiasm, patience, and positivity. At one point I honestly thought he must have known these customers personally because of how warm and engaging he was—but he didn’t. That’s just who he is.

If anyone from upper management reads this, please recognize Wesley for the outstanding work he’s doing. Employees like him make a huge difference in a customer’s day and deserve to be acknowledged.
