“I really love the food at Spirt. I’ve been having their pizza for years and that alone is worth a trip in. I ate in the dinning area, I found it very cozy with the real flowers. I definitely like the ambience. The servers are also very friendly, which makes the meal even better. For starters I’ve had the focaccia breadsticks, tempura vegetables, fingerling potatoes, and the Caesar salad, which is huge and shareable. We added a chicken cutlet to the salad, very good! I would recommend all of those appetizers. I had the chicken Parmesan, my favorite part was the pasta that was served with. It was so delicious in the vodka sauce. I added a side of garlic bread, which was also very tasty. I did not eat on the rooftop at this visit, but it’s very cute up there as well.“

“The best place for silcian pizza. You can get from 1 to 50+ slices any way you like. Made fresh in front of you. Excellent crust, tasty sauce. Toppings many to choose from. I have been going there over 30 years. Always quality.

“We were in town for a baseball tournament and we ordered pizza and wings. Let me tell something. I have tried wings from just about every place I go to and these wings were easily top 3 all time. “It's tough to find stromboli in Pittsburgh. No idea why. Was able to find one a mile away that hit all of the key criteria... size, color and texture, flavor, compactness and balance of ingredients. The guy making it admitted he forgot the banana peppers inside, so he layered some mozz and peppers on top and provided a side of them as well. I might actually prefer it that way... Great staff and attentiveness, will definitely be back when I'm jonesing for a stromboli.

Cheese bread was also top notch... nice amount of cheese, cooked well so is was brown and bubbly with some crispy laced edges. Nice flavor on the side of marinara.“

“We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for lunch after visiting the zoo. Everything was fantastic! The food was freshly made and just delicious. There were 5 of us and we had pizza, subs, and bowls. Great food! I personally had the BBQ Hawaiian Pizza and onion rings. If I am in the area again, I would definitely stop by!“
