“Moved 4 hours away from Bucks County in 2020, and the hoagies here are pathetic. Had to come back for a specialist appointment yesterday, and asked friends, where can I get a good hoagie in Newtown Square. A Cut Above Deli was the ONLY recommendation, and they were 100% right! The hoagie was ready on time, wrapped in four sheets of paper, and was solid, hefty. The countermen were friendly and genuine. $15 for a "regular" seemed steep, but I was judging them by the standards of lesser sandwiches; once I opened it and got a bite, I realized it was a fair price. I just had the other half for breakfast, and it's gonna be a good day! Full marks, A Cut Above!“

“I visited this eatery long, long, long ago. It was good then and it is good now, overall. The server was a true professional. She was stretched really thin, but handled it like a trooper. She forgot a couple items but was well spoken and sincere. We and others could easily see how much she was challenged. A big crowd came in right away. Again, she handled the entire early afternoon well. I showed her my appreciation by giving her a reasonable gratuity...There was a delay in someone else not receiving his meal-a simple breakfast sandwich-within 30 minutes. He exclaimed his frustration accordingly. The Good working female server was clearly not being supported as well as she deserved, and I do not know exactly why...“

“I purchased a pork chop platter for my mother who is in the hospital and she can't eat dairy. They were so accommodating. My mother love loved her platter! “Kang’s Village Deli has a superb selection of juices and soda! They offer a yummy selection of grilled, fried and cold food (hoagies). They make the very best BLTs. I like to stop here for coffee as well….it is always good (flavored creamer!) Kang’s has the feeling of a home town store and offers a warm inviting environment….it has been around for such long time, it is a favorite in the neighborhood. Lucia really takes care of her customers. She caters to their needs through her products and their special food orders. It is so close to 95; a perfect place to stop for morning coffee and a breakfast sandwich!“

“I order all my food prior to getting there! Its always fresh and ready to go! Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious and affordable. The subs are good and they use quality meat! I even tried the chicken cheesesteak and to my surprise it was decent for a quick something to eat. The fries are always good cheese or Salt, pepper ketchup. The store is always clean.
