“I stopped in to grab some simple hot chocolate & came home with a Delicious Belgium Hot Chocolate like nothing I’ve ever had before in my LIFE‼️Now I know what ‘a smooth drink or coffee’ means! Butler Coffee Lab has the most unbelievable Belgium Hot Chocolate you’ll ever drink! Trust me, from a lady who knows her hot chocolates! I had it 4 days in the past week due to this chilly weather … I’m headed back to Butler Coffee Lab to purchase 2 more containers 👍 I highly recommend giving this small business a try. “I ordered a 2 layered 1/2 sheet cake for my mother’s birthday party. Everyone raved about the cake and asked where we got it. When I said Pennie’s they said “That’s are favorite bakery in town”. The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated. Well worth the money. Thank you!“

“I go to this Dunkin' often because I love the coffee. I avoid the donuts and pastries because I'm watching my weight, but the coffee is better than you-know-where down the street. Even when it's super busy the employees are very courteous and friendly. They should teach customer service to people in retail everywhere.“

“I believe the guys name was Aaron. He was wonderful! Excellent service, best I’ve had here. He was kind, fast, and made sure I had everything before pulling away. First time someone has done that. I go at least once a week when I’m done with work. I decided to get bacon, egg, cheese on a croissant. It was hot when he handed it to me. This is also the first time someone has made my special drink the correct way. The coolatta is perfect! Also, the donut looks delicious! Thank you Aaron for making this the best experience I’ve had at your location!“

“Food is excellent and the staff is friendly. I took my baby in there and they gave her free donut holes. The coffee is great and the service is excellent. The only down fall is, the people that hang there at time's, seem to be up to no good. I've seen drug dealing in the parking lot, while I was inside.
Kid-friendliness: I would watch your kids here, there are bad people lurking around this place. Just be mindful of others.“

“The food is quickly prepared and is AMAZING it is super scrump diddly umptious and is always warm. the fries are perfectly salted and the drink machine is NEVER broken. The people are always super nice and kind and polite and helpful and I will DEFINITELY be going there again.

“Let me start by telling you I go here multiple times per month (like over 10) I know that's not a ton compared to others regular stops, however for me that's enough to get to know a person's face/order. They often get my latte wrong. I order a plain iced latte (no sugar or sweeteners or flavors). This location is one of the better buildings in the aspect of atmosphere, astatic, and cleanliness. Even the staff are happier (especially male staff for some reason) friendlier, and the fastest drive thru flow. The managers always make it right with curiosity, whether with taking my info for the credit to pick up later or mail a credit voucher to use another time.“

“We visited VCH today. 1st time. Thank you to the sweet girl on the street who helped us find it. We parked but were walking the wrong direction. Decor is absolutely lovely. Lattes/ Vanilla and Mocha were delicious. Also had sour cream coffee cake and expresso brownie. Loved this place. was quite busy. Please stop by on your next trip.“
