“I cannot stress enough how amazing your restaurant and staff are. We’ve been patrons for years and have never experienced any issues. Our most recent two visits with our 3 young grandchildren were effortless! We love the food and staff so much. I will mention Vince as he waited on us both times and is so attentive as ALL the staff we have had. We love the mother/daughter staff, but I regret that I don’t know their names. My personal favorite is the custom calzone. I asked for thin dough and both meat and marinara sauce on the side. I was delighted that it was all perfect and I took half home! It was just as delicious reheated in my oven. Thanks Nick and staff!!! ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟🏆🌟⭐️🌟⭐️“

“Went for a late dinner after the Heidelberg October fest with my fiancé and 5 year old for the first time since the expansion. I had high expectations because we have had take out multiple times and have been pleased. We were not disappointed! We had a hot dog, Cuban sandwich, torts with salsa (AMAZING as always), tater tots and the soup special. Everything was great but the pumpkin/corn harvest chowder was phenomenal, the complexity and layers of flavors was out of this world. I am not easily impressed so I was blown away by our meal. Our server/bartender was great and went out of his way to ensure we had a stellar experience. We will be back again soon!“

“This was my first time going here to eat ?. The menu has a alot of options for your appetite ?. It took me at least 2 times to really decide what to eat with out changing my mind. When I finally decided, the food was hot, fresh, seasoned. I wanted to get more but they were about to wrap and close .lol So next time I come to your restaurant I will make sure to order 2 orders of the STEAK ROLLS with blue cheese dressing. Yummmmmm. “i recently came down with kidney failure and had to go on a bizarre diet and one of my all time favorite foods(ossos pizza) was the first to go due to the the 🍅 sauce😭 but I now have both a primary and secondary donor ready to go so when I'm all patched up the first place I'll be visiting is ossos pizza to down 3(maybe 4) full boxes of no pep extra cheese pizza 🤣“

“I am from Greensburg and dined-in at Harry's on Sunday for the first time! It was absolutely delicious! We had a large cheese and sausage (loved the crumbly sausage) pizza and a salad with your homemade dressing! I even purchased a bottle of dressing to take home with me - it was so good! Our waitress was super nice as well! The restaurant is really cute with a nice vibe. We look forward to coming back! 😀“

“The inside is small with 2 tables to sit down & eat. That’s the only “downside” to this place. The pictures don’t do the food justice!! So, for starters, I order from the wrong location! 24 minutes away from me 🤦🏽♀️. They did not make a big deal of it. I wish I had gotten his name, but didn’t 🤦🏽♀️. The young man that worked the front counter has AMAZING customer service skills. He just got a picture of my order & remade everything at their location!!!! How awesome is that??!! & rare 🤯🤯! The quality of the food is also AMAZING! I consider myself a pizza connoisseur 😆 & every bit of the food is great & so fresh tasting. Dough is perfect, soft & yummy. Cheeses are fresh & tasty. Try their garlic sauce(so freaking good)!“

“Dean and. I get pizza whenever we are in headed to PPMS! Bob makes THE best white pizza. Bar none. Fiori's on 19 is a close second, but not worth the money, really. I will never get white pizza anywhere else but Don's because I just end up disappointed. Thanks, Bob, for hooking us up and never giving me the "roach ends" .“

“I got a humble pepperoni pizza from here, but it was the best I've had in years. I could tell they really put in attention to detail on this. They even added some cheese onto the pepperonis! It was perfectly baked and crispy. The crust was a bit chewy but not so much to detract from the overall quality. Will definitely be getting pizza from here in the future.“

You can't beat the taste of coal-fired food but it is expensive to eat here.
We only bought three pizzas and one fettuccine alfredo meal and the total bill was $100.

“This is by far my favorite pizza joint! Anytime family or friends come to visit I choose this place to wow them. Today's Pizza was a slice above the rest! It was Sunday March 23rd and we picked up the pizza at about 3:20. The name on the receipt was Brenden. This man is truly a pizza artist!!! We always get the extra large Peppadew pizza and today this pizza really hit the spot. Brendan not only fully covered the pizza, but he kept the peppers whole, which elevated this pizza even more. Great job! This man deserves a raise!!!!“

“Me and my family order from here regularly. Phone service and in person service we usually receive is friendly, warm, and inviting. The food is almost always great- it can be a lil thrown together if they're super busy but its never tasted bad in my opinion, and the customer service is great so I don't mind.
I almost always get the same two or three items, The supreme Italian, and their mini pizzas. Both are 10/10- highly recommended. 😁“

“FANTASTIC! My partner and I hadn't been to this location in years. We couldn't agree on what to have for dinner so we decided to try Milano again. I'm so glad we did.
I got the Ranchero Steak with fries on the side. That's what I always used to order and it was always acceptable. This time, however, it was delicious! Perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of sauce and the perfect amount of cheese. Toasted crispy without being hard (it used to be charred). The food has truly been given an upgrade and is reason enough to return!
That said, the service has improved ten fold. The group of people working on Friday (9/26/25) was kind, inclusive and welcoming. They really cared about the food and the customers!
I'd return again and again. But, probably only on Friday because I want the same amazing group that made the end of my day so delightful!“

“This is my review from Yelp for the new CASTLE SHANNON LOCATION. The pizza pops! I mean that in a great way and wanted to start the review out by saying so. I was excited when I saw the 'coming soon' sign. I've never had their pizza before but looking at the website, the pictures were enticing. I even called the number for the CS location. I got Greg who was in there doing last minute stuff. He told me when they were opening, he was really nice about it. So let's get to the pizza, shall we? It's square. The crust is light, crispy and flavorful. The sauce is ZEE best (See how I did that there). I love square pizza and I go to other areas to get it because we haven't had good square pizza since Jim's back in the early 90s. Now we have Jimmy Z's and I couldn't be more thrilled. Having grown up in the city, it was a staple and a treat to go to another pizza place. I won't say the name, but it sounds like Leedos. Where they have square pizza and cold cheese on top. I would go there despite the numerous times they were out of pizza (Yep no lie) and the staff just needs to attend "Sunshine is Us' school of customer service. But I put moody teens aside and trudged there. Now, no more. I don't have to. I get better pizza from Jimmy Z's and ... and I get service with a smile. They are so polite and welcoming. I also tried one of their Zoagies. If you get one, get it with everything. They're absolutely ZEElicous. When I find a place I like, I am like an old faithful dog. These people are gonna get tired of me.“

“My grandkids had fun. I feel safe that they stamp you and check all your arms on way out. Don’t expect to win a big prize even though you spend a lot in game points, but you are able to purchase a toy . The pizza is pretty good , I like the garlic buttery crust. I would choose this over Dave and Busters for young children. We went as a family visit and not for a party. I give Chucky Cheese a thumbs up.👍“
