“This company exceeded our expectations! We had to change venue, dates (twice) and our entire set up. Ted and his crew were AMAZING. They offered a full refund of our deposit given the circumstances with Covid which just made me want to use their services more. We ended up having him set up a mini food bar with desserts and shrimp/veggie shooters which were Covid friendly and delicious. They’re attention to detail, ability to adjust plans, and just overall kindness were refreshing. If I need anything catered in the future, I will be using them again.“

“We had Southbound BBQ company provide the food for our outpost night for our Cub Scout 4 day summer camp and the food was absolutely amazing. We got pulled pork, brisket and kielbasa and our group reheated the food in huge pots of boiling water and the result was a memorable meal for our group of 40 campers and adult leaders. It was by far the best meal of the weekend. The combination of 3 meats, cheese. lettuce, tomato and amazing BBQ sauce was mind blowing! I highly recommend Southbound BBQ and hope we can repeat this next year!“

“I have enjoyed many products from Taste of Puebla over the years as they come to my local farmers market. Recently I tried 2 new products - the jalapeño poppers and the queso. Both are quite tasty. The poppers fried up well and are full of flavor. The queso is creamy and not too salty. it's great as a dip or on nachos. I highly recommend both!“

They were SO great to work with and tailored entrees to accommodate food allergies and preferences. We chose the braised beef short ribs, eggplant parm, crab cakes, and cranberry and apple stuffed chicken (which I still think about). We had a couple of last minute no-shows, and we even got to take home their entrees. Everything was truly DELICIOUS! John Serock Catering knows what they're doing.“

“We hosted our wedding reception of ~90 guests at Renzi's and it was absolutely incredible. All of our guests loved the food and cake (included in the food package), and the space was a perfect size for our guest count. Sophia and John really make the process easy. They helped with everything from food suggestions, setting the tables, suggesting table cloth colors that wouldn't clash, helping with alcohol amounts and deciding what drinks to offer, they lit our candles during the reception, made sure our cake got decorated after a florist mishap, and helped put on a sparkler exit. The bartender and servers were excellent also. They were our easiest vendor to work with, and everything came out great with pretty minimal input from us. Highly recommend!“

“They been in business a long time and one of my favorites, it's the same outfit that was in Daylesford many years ago, I know the Duffy family well. And no, the staff didn't steal your beer, the charge for drinks is by headcount and you don't get to keep any leftover drinks, beer or liquor. My brothers and I worked there 50 years ago when we were in high school at the old place. Great family! Also met my wife there and we just celebrated our 43rd Anniversary. We have a lot of good memories. Back in the day, we served Ronald Reagan, Jackie Kennedy Onassis and the Pope, so yes, they are the premiere catering firm in the Delaware Valley. And yes, they also catered my sister's wedding and it was superb.“

Everyone LOVED the food, and there was plenty left over, despite us refilling the containers repeatedly. All of the meats (brisket, pulled pork, and chicken) and sauces were fantastic (extra compliments were given for “The Sauce” and the bbq sauce) and the yams and baked beans were delicious. We also enjoyed the potato salad and pickles. I really appreciate the communication also, even when I increased the amount of food being ordered within the week of the party.“
