“Visited this morning for the first time. Got egg and cheese sandwiches, one croissant one ciabatta - both were amazing!! The lattes were delicious and rich. You can really taste the quality of the espresso. They were short staffed (1 employee who was grinding hard!) so I did wait about 25 minutes for two coffees and sandwiches. I didn’t mind that much and it was well worth the wait. Can’t wait to go back!“

“If you are in Freeport, this is the place to stop for a cup of joe. Or, if you are in Sarver, skip that "other place" and drop on down the hill. You won't be disappointed!!“

“The workers take such good care of these cats & truly make sure they’re going to be in the best hands. It’s so admirable to see the team work so tirelessly out of the goodness of their own heart. I greatly reccomend them!“
“I’ve been meaning to try this place for a little while now and finally got around to it, with a friend of mine. The place itself is lovely, very clean, lots of open space, and lovely staff. I got to try their classic latte with skim milk (I think, or some plant based milk) and my friend had their super fruit tea.
I regret not being a bit more adventurous with my order, but it was a very solid latte nonetheless. Great portion, great art, very creamy despite it not being whole milk.
My friend was a little disappointed with their fruit tea. Portion seemed to be noticeably smaller by a good bit. There was an option to sweeten it that they opted not to do and probably should have done!
All in all, very nice spot in Homestead. There’s even a little place to get water. Definitely recommend this coffee shop.“

“The Lemon Rose Iced Latte was very refreshing. Perfect combination of two very unexpected flavors. The cinnamon roll with the buttercream was equally delicious . I’m so glad I googled coffee near me while we were at Shadyside hospital.“

“A hidden gem! I had a terrific cafe mocha made with a blend cocoa syrup from two Latin American countries. And I had a pastry with guava jam. Delicious! The owner was welcoming and gave me a lot of advice on different favor options. I'll be back!“
“Creative and tasty beverages are always brewing here. They are a local family-owned and run business. The baked goods are phenomenal and the barista is kind and quick. Great place to sit and enjoy a beverage and a treat. Room to work if you want to switch up your office atmosphere too.
They also host some really great events for their community and collab with local artisans to sell their goods in-shop.“

“Today was my second visit, and I’m so sad I’ve been sleeping on this place for so long! Coffee is nice and strong, the atmosphere is cozy and quiet, and the ladies behind the counter are super nice and service is quick! They even have goodies from local bakeries, including my favorite one, Wildflower! Definitely found my new regular coffee spot.“

“biscuits and gravy slaps, their burritos slap, they have a wild amount of drink options. The dining room is typically always clean, they do get packed sometimes because of how good they can be. They worked very hard to get where they are in the industry here in the 719. make sure to support your local businesses no matter what! This place had dreams of being a restraunt and made it happen!“

“Love having a locally owned and operated coffee house. The staff are amazing! Mary makes the most delicious food, her potato soup and feta couscous are my favorite. I visit at least once a week.“
“Wonderful little privately owned coffee shop! Coffee is great and they have all the different types available. There’s some seating indoors and outdoors but it’s very limited. It’s more of a “get your coffee and GO” type of place. I would recommend this little coffee shop!“

“Aroma Joe’s Drive Thru on Golden Mile Highway is the best coffee spot in the Plum and Pittsburgh area. The coffee is always good, the service is quick, and the staff is always friendly, which makes it an easy stop any time of day.
I love that they have more than just coffee too. Their breakfast options, pretzels, iced drinks, and energy drinks make it a perfect drive-thru spot when you want something fast but still really good. Everything I’ve had has been fresh, flavorful, and consistent.
If you’re near Plum, Monroeville, Murrysville, Penn Hills, Oakmont, or anywhere around Pittsburgh and need a great local coffee drive thru, Aroma Joe’s is definitely worth stopping at. Great drinks, great service, and a menu that always hits.“

“Here, you can get farm to cup coffee. The owner’s dad actually runs the farm in Columbia where they source their beans and roast them locally around Pittsburgh. The staff is so kind and friendly and they brew amazing coffee that is about as fresh as you can get unless you are in a growing region of the world. The shop is small and simple but clean and polished with a great vibe.
Got a cappuccino and it was top notch. They know what they are doing with coffee here. Definitely worth going out of your way for this one.“

“I stopped in last night, there were two young ladies behind the bar that didn't acknowledge my presence. But when I came in there was a young man sweeping the floor because it was almost closing time and he put the broom down and came behind the bar to wait on me. He's the superstar in this story! Even after he got my drink, the young ladies behind the bar never made eye contact with me. Hard to believe you can go to a place in East Liberty and be treated as if you are invisible.“
“I stop maybe twice a month on my way to work and I cannot express how efficient and great the employees are. They are always kind and in great spirits, and I order online and it’s ready before I get there. Prices are great as well.“

“It’s fine, the atmosphere is ok but it’s honestly not worth it for me to go out of my way to go here. A little stuffy and overpriced - the people there and the coffee. They didn’t have drip coffee today 😂. Can you really have a dedicated coffee shop in 2026 and say “oops we don’t have drip coffee today?” Not if you want five stars, no, no you cannot. Honestly as someone who started drinking coffee and going to coffee shops in Madison, WI (and other hipster towns - Seattle/ Portland Oregon, New England)- where there was lots of decent coffee for reasonable prices, I don’t know one coffee shop in Pittsburgh that really makes me feel at home or really is a destination (the deck at biddle’s escape is a destination, but not the coffee).- this place is great, for Pittsburgh - and is average/ a little stuffy and a little pricey for the entire Midwest and most of the country. I think the owner is/ was legit gorgeous (from memory) however, which probably hasn’t been bad for business. Solid 4 star place. Five stars? Getouttahere. Forgetabaatit. What five stars? They didn’t have fresh coffee / drip coffee today, is that five stars? You know I make a coffee ten times better than your best for like $.80 with my pezzetti at home, right? Organic. I feel like maybe the other reviews are not … SUPERTASTERS (like me, as referenced in the song by TMBG), and they simply don’t know any better.“
“I don’t know what they put in their vanilla lattes, but all I can say is it’s the best iced latte I’ve ever had in my life. I’m saying this as a coffee freak too; this stuff is the real deal. Service was excellent as well.“
“Went with my niephling (Nephew/Niece) once before the mall starting closing all of its businesses. At the time, just two people there, very polite and respectful. Amazing coffee and tea, and I am very, very picky on both. Didn't get to go here again because of what the mall is doing, but I have found other locations less far from me. I just kinda liked the staff from here the most.“

“This was our favorite café during the 5 years we lived in Pittsburgh. They have a small but well-curated menu featuring interesting drinks and house-made tonics. Their pastries, which they receive fresh every morning from a local French patisserie, are absolutely delectable, with the raspberry croissants and canelas being particular highlights. The staff are wonderful and friendly, especially Jade, and became one of the most memorable parts of our experiences there.“
“Cute little cafe. Not a huge food selection since the emphasis is mostly on drinks, but still decent options for a cafe. Absolutely *love* the khao soi curry. They also have a couple non-caffeinated drinks on the menu, which I always appreciate. Chill vibes, will absolutely come here again.“

“Hands down this location is my favorite Starbucks in the Pittsburgh area!
Staff are always super friendly, helpful, and quick with making drinks. Compared to other locations this one makes drinks better, in my opinion. Plus, I’ve found this location to usually be clean inside and outside.
Great opportunity for premium people watching at this location, if that’s your thing. Also the indoor space has lots of seating so there’s usually space to sit down and chill out.“

“We love Ka-Fair. The staff are wonderful, and always quick to accommodate any special requests. And the food is wonderful. (We are OBSESSED with the crepe cake!) It’s such a unique spot, and we’re glad to have it within walking distance.“
“I give it four stars because it’s an average Starbucks, BUT absolutely stupid landscaping, they are going to get someone seriously injured trying to leave the parking lot with the shrub creating a monster Blindspot! You can’t see any of the traffic coming towards you that you’re intended to merge with! I had to sit there and wait for the light to turn red because that’s all I could see through the top of the shrub!“

“Got a breakfast sandwich, and it wasn't what I thought. Unsure if it was potatoes in the breakfast burrito or wjat, but it just didn't settle well.

“Every Saturday me and my three dogs take the hour drive to come here! The workers are so nice and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious especially the Monkey Business Toast. Breakfast In Bed Latte is my go to but their summer menu just came out and the Sun-Kissed Cinnamon Latte is so good! My dogs love their pup cups too! 10/10 every week!“
