Alex, the manager, even stopped by to help my wife with an off-menu wine selection and was simply delightful to chat with, especially if you like a good California Cab. The food was great (she got the filet and I the lamb), but the service was absolutely top-notch and truly made the night carefree and enjoyable. Don't worry Alex, we'll be back!“

“Over a month ago my daughter and I had lunch at Seasons 52, King of Prussia. I am really careful regarding eating out because I have sensitivities to certain foods which include onions, scallions, shallots, leeks, chives, and garlic. I explained everything to my server. She went above and beyond and consulted with the Chef to make sure there were no mistakes with my order. She did a wonderful thing! David Jacobo, the Executive Chef Partner at Seasons 52 came to my table and discussed what he could do. He prepared a special appetizer of "Flatbread" which was artfully plated and decadent with fresh basil. He also added a special side to replace a dish that was not on my diet. Chef David came to our table several times to question how I was enjoying his specific dishes. I know firsthand about being turned away from a restaurant because they could not accommodate certain dietary requests. A wonderful experience from the start with an attentive waitress and caring Chef. Highly recommend.“

I would say however that the salad bar and the hot bar were not impressive.

“Food was good and priced reasonably. Staff friendly and service was quick. Parking was bad though, couldn't find anything close by. Ended up just parking across the street where it said Truck loading/unloading only and went in to grab the order. This appears to be what most people are doing too.

Restroom is down the hall, take the elevator down to the basement, and to your left. You can get the code from the security guard on the first floor.“

“My daughter took me there for father's day. When we entered it was about 15 people waiting to be seated,but I was impressed because we only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated it seemed like all of the help were working in harmony to get everyone seated as quickly as possible. The waitress was at the table in no time to bring water to the table and of course the menu. We ordered and the food was served shortly. The Waitress Was very helpful explaining about the different things were this did helped us to chose the best thing for our desires. The food was very good and the sides were hardy 😋. “What amazing staff you have. Earlene greeted us and acknowledged my husbands 65th birthday. Made him feel special with table “glitters”. Jason made recommendations and knew his menu well. Both were exceptional and should be recognized for the passion they both have for their jobs. Enjoyed our dinner.“

“Hidden gem in Philly for a private party! This was our second family celebration at Ruth’s Chris in two years. It was another home run. First of all, the food is absolutely superb. Most of our party got either the filet mignons or the ribeye steaks and they raved about the quality of the meat and how perfectly everything was cooked. I ordered the grilled salmon and it was also perfection, coming out exactly as I had ordered it. I can’t forget to mention our sides. We got the grilled broccoli and the garlic mashed potatoes and needless to say there wasn’t much left. We have never had better mashed potatoes lol! One of the most important parts of the evening was the trusted and consistently superb service that we have gotten. We actually were fortunate enough to have the same server as we had at our last party, Jim, who is not only a professional and excellent server, but he also made our party so much more fun. By the time we left, he felt like a member of the family. His assistant, Mossy, was also amazing! He was always there when we needed something, engaged us and also made the party so much more fun. We wanted to adopt him too! Both men knew their way around the menu for drink or food advice!
The restaurant seemed fairly busy with hotel guests, but I do believe that Philadelphians are missing out on this absolute gem of a place, especially if you have a special celebration. We celebrated my dad‘s birthday there last year, and the table had been thoughtfully decorated by the lovely staff at Ruth’s Chris. They did the same thing last night as well, decorating the table with graduation themed favors and had placed a personalized menu at each place. A candle in the dessert of the graduate. Wow. Where else can you get that kind of detail without even asking for it?? The restaurant manager popped in to check on us during our meal to make sure that everything was going perfectly. That is another indication of how important the excellence of the service and dining experience is to management at this restaurant.
The next time you’re thinking about having a private party, I would highly recommend going to Ruth’s Chris! We actually plan to go there just for a dinner again because the food was so excellent. But we will never forget how Ruth’s Chris made our entire graduation celebration even more special.“

“The long wait for a table was understandable as we dined during peak hours (Sunday afternoon.) Christina, our server, was very personable and attentive. The food (salmon) was delicious. The drink (sangria) was also tasty. My salad was served without dressing! Which was actually desired since I prefer dressing on the side. I had to a add k for the dressing. And!, I had to ask for more sauce for the salmon which wasn't a big deal. Christina brought both quickly. Overall!, I had an enjoyable dining experience!“

He was very knowledgeable about the menu and also spoke loudly and clearly (which I appreciated on behalf of my hard-of-hearing dad, who normally has to ask people to repeat themselves three times).
