“I stopped by Jersey Mike’s today around 3 PM and had an awesome experience. The food was, as always, fresh and delicious, exactly what you hope for when you’re craving a great sub. But what really stood out was the staff.

Everyone behind the counter was incredibly friendly and genuinely personable. “Today was the first time I have had take out food in almost 4 years. On recommendations from an allergy group I decided to try Jersey Mike's. I was so impressed with the staff at the Whitehall, Allentown PA location. They wiped down the surfaces, a dedicated knife was used for the gluten free roll and they even verified ingredients. I have food allergies and GI issues and I can honestly say I was in heaven after the first bite. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, and offering some allergy friendly options.“

Then when we said something up front nobody did anything about it just looked at each other and did absolutely nothing. She did everything by herself and when it was time for the construction workers,she started doing the subs 3 at a time and was friendly.
