“For many years I have gone to Patron’s with family and friends. But this review is specific to my latest experience with them. My husband was celebrating his 50th birthday and we decided to do catering through them. My expectations weren’t only met but exceeded substantially! Everything was delicious as usual—we ordered mixed fajitas, choripollo, rice and beans, chips and queso. I did a pickup order and everything was labeled and packaged well for quick set up. Lots of compliments from our guests too— thanks!”

I grew up in Texas and it’s impossible to find authentic Mexican food in this state, but this spot is the closest I’ve tasted so far! I got the Birria Tacos! It comes with 3 tacos, rice, birria sauce, cilantro/onions, and the hot sauce it comes with is phenomenal! One of my favorites I’ve ever had!

The dishes are around $15-$20 each but it’s really worth the money! You won’t regret coming here!”

“We stopped by this place last week and the food was delicious. We had falafel for appetizers, chicken curry pitza ( chicken curry flavored pizza on a pita bread) , mujadara ( lentils and rice with fried onions) , spicy cauliflower wrap ,and side or their homemade garlic sauce. Everything was fresh and delicious and we loved each and every bite. Would definitely stop by again if traveling that way.

“The food quality of the Valley Dairy Restaurant in Cranberry, PA has diminished greatly. The prices are the highest of similar restaurants in the area but the food is really bad, never warm and has obviously been sitting around for some time. The restaurant has a nice location and used to be comparable to other like establishments but should definitely be avoided now.”

As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!”

“I was one of the first workers they hired when they first opened their restaurant those many years ago. I know first hand that they are extremely clean, super nice, and make their own bread/pizza shells/and french fries. They are tops in my book. My family and I have enjoyed their food for many years and always enjoy introducing out of state friends and relatives to this family owned restaurant that has become a local treasure.”

“I think the server Tabatha is the best. She acknowledges you from the minute you walk in the door and is very attentive to all of your needs which makes your visit to their restaurant enjoyable. “This is the second time we ordered and their food is just too good not to take the time to give them a review.
Their food is flavorful, spicy but not too spicy. Well priced. And exactly what my family has been craving! Did I mention they are completely halal?? And their ham (turkey) and cheese sandwich really good. So here is a list of what we have ordered so far, our favs and ones we probably will not choose again.
1. Burger hoagies: not bad not memorable.
2. hot burger hoagie better than the regular but I think it’s just red hot and well it taste good just not memorable but I could see if u we’re craving a well cooked burger that was also a bit spicy
3. Ranch pizza: great but it says it’s spicy and my family did not find it particularly spicy. That being said it was cooked to perfection and the amount of bacon and ranch sauce, cheese and peppers was (chef’s kiss) delicious!!!
4. A traditional round pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and bacon. This was really good and we will purchase again. However we did order bacon and the pizza did not come with bacon.
5. Ham and cheese sandwich. Very good comes with lunch meat stacked and old school oil and vinegar and mayo. Mmm mmm! Wish other places still did that.
6. Spicy chicken hoagie: yess!!! This is a simple breaded spicy chicken hoagie and it is EXACTLY what I have been missing in my life!!! Perfect!
7. spinach paneer = well made fresh and it looks like they fried the paneer first. It’s chunky and really good.
8. The chicken curry ‘meals’ : awesome tasty and super filling. They aren’t afraid to use the spices and this makes their curries and paneer stand out. They aren’t skimping. This dish was well rounded and bold. And as an American who grew up with only garlic salt used sparingly I appreciate this so much! The rice is well made and they give you a hefty portion.

“We took my father-in-law here for his birthday and Father's Day, and our was absolutely wonderful. Tammy was an AMAZING server, very sweet and attentive, and got us what we needed without hesitation. The salad bar was delicious and had so much more than I expected, including tostitos nachos! This is a great place to go with wonderful and kind employees, I highly recommend!”

“Hands down the cleanest, fastest, best Burger King in Pittsburgh surrounding area. Every time I come in staff is super friendly and super quick to take your order and by the time you fill up your drink you food is ready! This location is doing everything right! Even the parking lot is spotless and that says something! Give all of these employees a raise!”

“I go here most Fridays for lunch and I realized today that it’s always the same guy running the place alone. He’s friendly, provides great service, keeps the place clean and organized and all the ingredients look fresh and well done. He seems to just quietly run the store well and provide great service and quality food. A lost art these days so I wanted to recognize it. Well done!”

“It works for the area. Prices are a bit high, especially for the do it yourself concept and only seemingly one employee working to finish orders, but it's not unexpected for the area and in the current economy.

“Update: I was realllly craving the flavor and went again and this time it was fresh and amazing! Dining room was still meh but I got it to go. Hopefully not playing roulette each time I go but if it’s as good as it was this time . Updated review would give a 5/5 if it was consistent !

Have been here twice now. First time I did the self checkout. Second time I had a really nice lady help me at the counter , very personable . The tables were all gross and there was food on the floor both times I went . My first visit I went at around 7PM and my 5pc chicken was very dry and chewy, thought maybe it was a fluke as I only heard good things. Second time I had the same experience at 6PM , dinner rush time . The flavor on the chicken is amazing, very crisp as well. Just disappointed that it was so dry and chewy both times .

Might need to work on not preparing as much food ahead of time , not sure ? I want to go back soooooo bad as the spice and flavor is amazing but the chicken is a workout to eat with how chewy/dry it was and I don’t want to be disappointed a 3rd time .”
