Pretzels near Drexel Hill, PA

“This is my go-to spot for awesome pretzels. While the chain stores are okay, Bernie's continue to uphold a long standing relationship with DELCO. They have a friendly staff, always fresh pretzels and a high standard of cleanliness. Keep up the great work!!“

“Best pretzel I have ever tasted and at a great price!“

“Welcome to the Asian 9rh st. The area is complete with nuance of fish heads and stray cats. The Filthy Orient would fit in well in this area. The pretzels are tasty ,but I have to disinfect my work boots when I leave this store.“

“It is the best water ice in Philadelphia.“

“Typically I have always experienced a feeling of appreciation when I visit the Philly Pretzel Factory in Bear, DE or Middletown, DE BUT, today my visit to the Middletown, DE location left me feeling unappreciated and in fact like I was being a pest. I stopped into the store in order to redeem my ‘celebrate the Eagles win’ coupon. I purchased the 5 pretzels and received 5 free. The pretzels were cold and hard. I complained to both the cashier and the gentleman making the pretzels and was told they were just made. I begged their difference and the gentleman gave me an unfriendly attitude and said he’d just put them back in the oven and they’d be just fine! Needless to say they weren’t. They didn’t taste as fresh as usual nor were they soft. In my opinion this visit was totally unacceptable!!!“

“I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the level of customer service I experienced at the Springfield location of the Pretzel Factory. On June 11, 2025 I visited the store expecting a quick and courteous transaction. Unfortunately, what I encountered was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. While several customers, including myself, waited in line to be served, an employee named ALFONZO was openly using his phone and not acknowledging anyone. When someone tried to get his attention, he casually flagged us off as if we were bothering him. There was no apology, no explanation, and certainly no sense of urgency or respect for customers. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful, it drives customers away. In a time when businesses rely heavily on customer loyalty and word of mouth, employees should be representing the brand with professionalism and basic courtesy. I strongly urge management to address this issue and ensure that staff are trained—or retrained—on the importance of customer service. If this is the type of behavior that is tolerated, I will not be returning, and I will certainly discourage others from doing so. Sincerely,“

“We ordered pretzels for my sister's wedding, and honestly Josh made the whole thing so easy. The wedding was in Philly and we had a ton of out-of-towners coming in, so we really wanted to give them a taste of a real Philly pretzel. As anyone from the area knows, if it's not fresh, it's not the same. Josh went above and beyond and baked them later in the day so they'd be coming straight out of the oven. He delivered them on time and bagged them up so our guests could scoop them up, throw some mustard on one of those bad boys, and get a real taste of Philadelphia. If you've got an event coming up, seriously call Josh. He gets the job done the right way with great service and an amazing product. Go Birds!“

“I got party bucket pretzel bites and one of their Parmesan pretzel. They were very nice and helpful and the Parmesan pretzel is yummy. The pretzel bites were for my kids school so did not taste it but it looked fresh and soft. Highly recommend and will go back again“

“The Customer-service from Philly Pretzel Factory is on point. They've got a good personality, and the Pretzels always made fresh. The Customer-service at other Philly Pretzel Factory around Philly Tri-state area can be hit or miss, but Philly Pretzel Factory City Avenue hits.“

“I took my nephew here today and he passed out on the car ride there and it’s mid nap time I did not want to wake him up and the young girl behind the counter Olivia was so sweet she even brought the food and water ice out to the car because I didn’t want to wake him up just to grab the food! Every single time I’m there it’s always an amazing experience all the workers are very sweet. A friend and I just went there two days ago for some water ice and another amazing Experience! Plus they definitely have the best water ice and food!!!! Highly Highly HIGHLY recommend if you haven’t been there before you need to go and check it out!!!! They even have a cute little outdoor seating area! Thank you Chloes Corner for always making it a pleasure to come back!“

“The team at Auntie Anne’s Philly food truck is the best! They provide excellent customer service and are very professional. Pretzels taste great! Love stopping into any event they’re at.“

“Always love me some Auntie Anne's. The people at this location are always nice and welcoming. This visit i got a free pretzel from the app. This is the only time i ever got a pretzel that was very hard to chew. Every other time I go there, the product is usually spot on. I still stand by this location!!“

“Love Auntie Anne’s pretzels and lemonades. They have salty pretzels, cinnamon ones, almond ones, and pretzel bites, cinnamon pretzel bites, and pretzel hot dogs. The lemonades they have are classic, strawberry, mango, and blue raspberry. Sometimes the pretzels could be on the tougher side (I guess they’re either overdone or sit out for too long). The pretzel bites are usually softer and more fluffy.“

“Delicious! Best water ice ever- flavors to die for.“
