“Went to Sprague Maple Farms for a birthday lunch with my family this past weekend. The food was fantastic, as is the overall experience. I wanted to mention the staff going above and beyond for me. I left my birthday cards with check in them at the table on accident. Got home and realized I didn’t have them. Called down, not only did they save them. They promptly mailed them too me saving a 3 hour drive from Buffalo!“

“My wife grew up in Olean, but she had not been back in almost 30 years. I’ve heard so many stories about how great the beef was, so when we visited Olean this past week, I knew that Beef’ N Barrel would be our first stop.

The experience was better than I had expected. What a great atmosphere. You could tell that this was a popular restaurant for locals, but an out of towner like myself was made to feel welcome. Our server was so friendly. One of the owners, PJ, went out of his way to make our dining experience outstanding.

Let’s get to the food. We had pickle chips for an appetizer. They were really good. The breading was a little thicker than some other pickle chips I’ve had. Main course was the beef on weck. The beef almost melted in my mouth. It was so good. PJ comped our dessert, so we ordered chocolate mud pie and strawberry shortcake ala mode, which was the weekly special. Fantastic.

We were in Olean for three days. There are plenty of places to eat, but we decided to go back to Beef’ N Barrel a second time before leaving town. It’s that good! The second time was just as good as our first visit.“

“For sure, 'Eddie's On Main' is a place to meet up with old and/or new friends. Quaint, cozy atmosphere, with good food, fair prices and friendly staff. I ordered and enjoyed a tasty, Buffalo chicken pizza. Yum. The highlight of the evening was the fun music by the talented accordion player, Sheryl Anderson! Her music, loving fans enjoyed her lively performance AND with the audience participation numbers- rated her a 10!! This was a very special evening and a very enjoyable time. Win, Win. ❤️“

“1st time today while we were at Strolean. Let me tell you the amazing food but the service was over the top!!!! the server listen to all our special needs having 3 hot hungry kids who don't like the same thing but all wanted taco pizza!!!! they took the time kept all the toppings on sides!! our cups never went dry!!!! the chicken wing pizza was amazing never had it before w celery on top. the cheese bread has to be the best around!!!! we will be ordering from here again very soon now that we tried it!!!“

“Veggie wontons were light and super crispy with just the right amount of sweet and spice with the dipping sauce. The fish tacos and the pork tacos were perfect, and we especially liked the tang of that pickled cabbage with the fish. The staff was attentive and the atmosphere was really nice! We will be back.“

“Went there today for mother's day with my newborn, toddler, 7 and 10 year old and husband. Waiters were friendly and accommodating. They were out of kids menus and they were out of crayons. The waiter could've checked up more but we understand that it was mother's day and busy. I like that I can feel comfortable with my children talking, laughing and making mild noise because it's a child friendly restaurant. My chicken wings were odd. Half of them were wet and covered in sauce and the other half was dry and covered in seasoning. Just odd. Other than that no complaints at all.“

“Was so good! We decided to come back today after eating here yesterday. Both days meals were absolutely divine, pancakes are the fluffiest I've ever had. Lattes were extremely good too. And the meal pictured was so good there were no scraps left. Definitely the best breakfast place around here. Highly recommend!“
