“This was quite a surprise! A gem hidden on Brookline Street! The food was absolutely phenomenal, and don’t get me started on the service! The server, behind the counter, seemed as though he could predict our every need. I had the black and blue, my partner had the American. I want to go back and try everything else on that menu!

“I always get a fast meal here. I often stop here on my way home from the dog park. The people in the drive thru are usually very excited when they realize I have 2 dogs in my car.
I never have to wait very long before I have my meals, I am usually in and of the drive thru in 5 minutes or less.“

“The mac and cheese is delicious the wait time and service was great. The line may look long but its not it went really fast the wait time for my order was less than 6 minutes. It was my first time going through the drive thru and it was worth it.“

“Chick-fil-A most famous menu is the fried chicken. The signature waffle fries are amazing. They sever them hot. The seating is very comfortable, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The drive thru services is also an option. It’s conveniently located next to Giant Eagle, Marshalls, and Target.

One thing I appreciate most is the women’s restroom. They clearly care about their customers, they even provide hand cream to use after washing your hands.“

I was in the area running postmates and there was an order that came through for rally's and I have never been to one so after I delivered the food I went back to order my food and omg I loved it, staff was very friendly as well. will be going back again.“

Line was out the door and they were running out of food. The boy at the register his name was Scott even though he was running back and forth between making milkshakes and waiting on customers he still greeted every customer with a smile including my self. “I went here this afternoon for lunch with my mom and twins. It was the most professional McDonald's I have ever been too. The employees made the food quick and the order was correct. The gentleman who walks around helping people in the dining room was great and very helpful considering my twins are a handful. This was the best McDonald's experience Ive ever had.“

“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

“We ordered their cheese fries with bacon, and it was really delicious. The fries were flavorful even though they were oily. The bacon bits were really good, and so was the amount of that melty cheese.

One order is good for 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. I think it's worth the price.

However, we thought that some of the fries were pretty burnt in taste.“

“I arrived not long after they opened and I received the BEST meal I have ever had at a LJS. I've been a loyal customer for decades and since it is harder to find locations I go out of my way when I travel to get my fix.
The employee who packed my order was super kind and as I said the food was delicious.
My only issue is the condition of the store. And honestly this complaint goes for a number of locations left in the area. The store is in BAD shape. I've worked in food service for over 35 years and if the dining room that patrons see is in such a state of disarray then I can't even imagine what the kitchen and BOH areas look like. It would take a full day of deep cleaning, scrubbing and detailing to get the dining room to a somewhat acceptable level. The Butler location is bad too but not nearly as bad as this location but I will say the food at Butler left much to be desired the last time I was there.
I'm not in the Pittsburgh area much these days but if I do return I'll stick with the drive thru right at open in the hopes that I'm not reminded of the condition of the restaurant.“

“Decided to finally give this place a try since we always driving past and the reviews were good. The man taking our order was extremely nice. We ordered the tenders with fries and leg quaters. Maaaaaan this is some of the best chicken ive had in a long while! Portion size huge and food came out hot! Im already planning on coming back soon!“

“Went on a Saturday evening for dinner, and it was practically empty. I guess this is more of a takeaway place than a dine in place. You place your order at the cash register, and then when your food is ready, they bring it out to your table in a paper bag. You can choose to take it away or eat there. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich, which is sort of a breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg, and then a nice fried chicken patty. I also got the coleslaw on the side. The chicken was extremely tender, and the overall was very flavourful. It’s a good chicken sandwich, but it did not blow me away. The coleslaw had a little bit more mayonnaise than I like. Overall, a decent meal.“

“I always love Arby's. Tried their app which is grest. However, Arby's needs to stick to putting the food orders on the shelf in their store for pick-up. I was waiting in line when I could have grabbed and go, only to have the counter person tell me the food was waiting on the end of the counter for 5 minutes which means the 5 I stood in line was actually 10 minutes of semi warm food..I will go back again. The food is too good not to.“

Parking: The only problem I can talk about is the difficulty of getting out of the parking lot. This long johns is in a grocery store parking lot.“

This location after today's order is my absolute favorite! I have never had a location actually have the meat be hot and the lettuce be a cool crisp. (Everything is usually the same temp) The textures and quality together were on point! Staff was friendly and quick with service!“

“I went through the drive through and got the 2 piece chicken tender with water. The guy handing us our food was nice did forget our straw but was very apologetic and polite. The food was quite good the ranch that came with it had a nice kick. Overall pretty good. The water was 75 percent ice though.“
