“The custard is super rich and tasty as it's made with a much higher cream content and egg yolks, which you can see even by the color. The mouthfeel is super creamy and lacks the icy flatness of inferior custard or "soft serve".I usually get the affogatto, a plain vanilla cone, or some flavored quarts for at home.My only complaint is that they still add in thickeners which is unnecessary and can give you a stomach ache. I'd sacrifice a little texture for that and there are others in the area that do so like Millie's, which is much less creamy and doesn't taste quite as rich.Otherwise this is actually some of the best ice cream I've had anywhere, excluding gourmet restaurants and Blue Bunny Vanilla they used to make without thickeners, which is now impossible to find. They really paid attention to creating a quality recipe that sets it apart and you can taste it.“

I had an issue about the other location and spoke with Heather on the phone at cranberry store and she was very helpful with me on how to resolve the issue!I will always order from the Cranberry location!“

“OMG this is the best ice cream!! Everything is homemade and you can tell the ingredients are top quality. So many flavors and nothing I had was overly sweet. The owner takes so much pride in what she does and was so generous with samples. I loved all of the flavors I tried. “We always have a good experience here no matter what we order. The Italian ice and the custards are amazing. Whether you want a regular Italian ice or something with ice cream, you won't be disappointed. They have a good selection of Italian ice flavors with everything from Swedish fish, to raspberry, to wild cherry. The Swedish fish flavor is a on the sweet side, but that's to be expected. The butter pecan is so good that when you've had your first couple spoons you literally stop with the creamy goodness still covering your tongue, and literally say "oh my God this ice cream is good". Be careful if you buy a quart (which you absolutely should!), because it will quickly become habit forming. Did I mention how good their ice cream is?“

“This was an amazing place to get late rolled ice cream. It had a lot of flavor, the portions were good, and the service, just s good. The cashier recommended my base, and it was the right decision to put it into his hands. When rolling my ice cream, he looked very certified, and professional. And the vibe of the place, was so slayyyyyyy. They had games for children, and even adults , like tic tac toe, and connect four. I definitely recommend!!!“

“We were trying a new place for ice cream, and we were delighted with Shmily's. Three of us had dogs, so it was awkward to get everything ordered. But the young woman at the counter welcomed us in, dogs and all. I tried the blueberry soft-serve, and it was very good. The dog treats were a real hit! We had so much fun cooling off at Shimly's.“

“Generoasta is a cozy, community cafe with really, really good coffee and an extensive menu of light breakfast and lunch items. I tried the chicken salad croissant. It looked lackluster but when I tried it, I'm pleased to say it was really good. We also tried the caprese salad and it was very good. I would visit again.“

“I was very impressed this evening. My son has a severe peanut allergy. He often can’t eat the same desserts the rest of us eat due to the possibility of cross contamination at a lot of establishments. He ordered a blizzard this evening, and an employee thoroughly sanitized the machines used in making his blizzard before she made it. Dairy Queen could have just said they couldn’t guarantee there was no cross contamination, but instead they took the time and care to make sure my son could safely eat there, which was greatly appreciated. The staff is always kind. They work as quickly as possible. The ice cream and food are delicious. Thank you Dairy Queen!“
