“This coffee shop is more than a place to buy coffee or espresso. This little place provides you a sense of belonging. It’s a coffee community, where everyone has that one thing in common. The bean! It’s all about the people who work here. Simply put, they’re great people. Sometimes when you’re in this place, you don’t realize you’re in a business. It’s like hanging out with friends. I go to some of Pittsburgh’s best coffee shops from LaPrima to Espresso amano. However, this little place is the best. Give it a chance. You’ll like it.“
“I had lunch at Barnhart's for the first time. I have lived in the area for 32 years and never heard of this place. We had fish and french fries. It was some of the best fish I have ever had! The fries were fantastic too. The food was very hot. You place your order at a counter and they bring your food to you. They have iced lemon water for free. Serve yourself! I am told this place is known for its ice cream, but I didn't have any. If you're looking for a great place to have lunch or dinner, this is it! Prices are fair. It is a little bit of a step back in time as far as decor goes, but, who cares when the food is fantastic?“
“Love the retro feel of this Dairy Queen! Even though this is still the chain ice cream shop, it feels local and special to the area. Keep in mind you are close to the road with a speed limit at 50mph. Trucks come barreling through loudly and of course, some people are never content unless they drive 10 over the speed limit! All in all, give this place a shot!“

“We drove from Pittsburgh to participate in Miracle day and visit our buddy Zach who was helping out. Everyone was great. I witnessed The employees being so patient and remaining kind dealing with a difficult customer.I was even extremely surprised to see they served Muddy Buddy blizzards.... amongst many other flavors not typically found at our local DQ. all I have to say is that Blizzard was the best ice-cream I have ever had!!!!!! Muddy buddy is my favorite snack... I usually can't finish ice-cream but I couldn't stop eating this one!!!! I will def make the hour drive to get this again asap!!!!!!!!!“
“Incredible homemade ice cream. The butter pecan is so good that when you've had your first couple spoons you literally stop with the creamy goodness still covering your tongue, and literally say "oh my God this ice cream is good". Be careful if you buy a quart (which you absolutely should!), because it will quickly become habit forming. Did I mention how good their ice cream is?“

“Lovely little family owned icecream shop with a food menu. They have the best fresh burgers, a variety of hard serve and some soft serve.They have a outside covered seating area and a small little outside play area for kids.Even when the line is to the road, they do a great job at keeping up with the demand.Highly recommend! Only downfall is that they close for the winter! I could eat their burgers all year round.“
